Ok well see I am a 13/f and my dad like hits me all the time with like eather a wooden stick or his hands or whatever he has in reach and it usually leaves bruises.....and like he always tells me when he does it that I could never call the police and get him in trouble because he will just say that it's his way of "punishing me". Can someone explain my boyfriends behavior?I had been out of work for a really long time and i finally got a job as a sales rep in a large superstore. At first he was excited for me and said "well I hope everything works out for you".
Now heres where it gets strange. I had my first shift 3 nights ago and I told him how nice everyone was and I much fun I was having. He didnt sound happy at all and just said in an unfriendly tone "oh I guess things are working out for you". I don't understand , wouldnt he be happy for me? The only thing I can think of is he might be worried I'll meet a guy at work.

Ok, just b/c the thing said you were positive doesn't necessarily mean you are. But it still could. If you are, you'll start to smell a whole lot better, have occasional morning sickness,etc. See a doctor, they can tell for sure. If you are, you have no choice but to tell your parents. I was wondering what everyones take on college is? I think I'm going to look for an all girls college. Are there many around? Does anyone know of any good ones? If there are boys around I will get distracted and won't do my work. I can wait for a boy, I dont need one when I'm in college. I want to get great grades and do all my work constantly.
Also, do you think this will effect how I view my college experience? Part of the actual experience is dorm life, parties, etc. Do you think I will regret choosing an all girls school when I'm rolling in money because I stuck to my studies? (link)

College for me was hard b/c I came from a high school where I didn't have to study. Study a lot, but have time for fun. Going to the all girls school is a great idea. No need to think you've done something stupid like fall in "love", which is impossible at this age. Anyway,just study and have fun with your friends. There's plenty of time for boys when you're not trying to graduate. You'll do fine.

i've never been able to get a girlfriend, i've tried and tried.
it seems like some crule cycle with me, meet a girl, ask her out a couple of times, start to like her and suspect she likes me too, try to be there for her and everything, try to move things up a notch, get the "you're such a good/nice/fabulous guy, i just wanna be friends" routine. Then i'll let go of how i feel as much as posible and try being "just friends", then she picks up the biggest jerk known to mankind and i get to sit across the table watching them make out (TORTURE, for those who care). then the arshole will proceed to cheat on her, she's crushed, i have to listen to all the bullshit and cheer her up, only to find her back with the butthead a week later, then a month later he'll cheat on her AGAIN...
by the third time this happens i simply fuck off, cause she's still won't go out with me and she keeps on going back to the total jerk and every month i have to be there for her.
WHAT THE FUCK, girls always tell me what a "NICE GUY" i am and the friendship crap, but why won't they go out with me.

You picked a bad position. But you need to bring up the fact that a lot of DWI's are done by 18-20 year olds who drank illegally. Drunk driving deaths. Younger people have less experience to begin with, so an inexperienced drunk is a real recipe for disaster. But I'm for lowering the drinking age.

I'm sure almost all of you have heard rumours that Walt Disney had many right-winged racist views. There are even rumours that he was addicted to pornography. The fact that a man who created such wonderful movies for children, and founded a billion dollar company based on making people smile, could possibly have a dark side is extremly intriguing to me. I've searched online for information about it but for such a popular rumour...I can't find any articles about Walt Disney's "dark side". I even checked out www.snopes.com only to come up with nothing. Can somebody please refer me to a website or even a book I could check out that would give me more information on where these rumours formed and if Walt Disney really did have a dark side? Snopes should have answered your question. Walt Disney has been known to include some controversial things in their movies. The Little Mermaid cover, the boner priest, "sex" in the Lion King, etc. But the individual man was NOT addicted to porn,(but I am)and he was not racist. Check snopes again.
