Q: i've been on depo-provera (the birth control needle) for over three years now. i keep hearing horror stories about serious side effects it can have in the future. if you have any information about depo-provera let me know because although i adore the needle, i'll switch back to the pill if the needle is too dangerous.

Q: Hey! Well my parents are out for the day and there is absolutely NOTHING to eat. Were going on vacation tomorrow so thats why. We cleaned out our fridge. Q: What does loose morals mean?

it means that you don't really go by an 'rules of life'. for example, some people may believe in no sex before marriage. if you have 'loose' morals, then you probably don't believe in that. theres nothing wrong, it just means that the person probably lives there life more spontaniously without much thought.

heyy thats really awesome that girls like you as friends! it just means your aproachable and not a threat (which is good!). im SURE you will find somebody, maybe not now when you "need" one, but you will. thats how real relationships develop, they start out as good friends! if you act more flirtatious then girls may start to see you differently if you really want that..

hey you have NOTHING to worry about! being (overly) horny goes along with being a teenager, you just can't help it. If you have sex every time your horny, then your body will get used to it though. so, if you dont fulfill your desires with sex, then maybe the urges will reduce.

ag that is really awkward! but remember thats how you were made lol. i bet you anything your dad has condoms and uses them responsibly! i totally wouldnt worry about your mom becoming pregnant, im sure shes doing the proper things to prevent that.

you should just talk to the parent you feel more comfortable with and maybe tell them you'd appreciate it if they would be more quiet and hopefully they'll understand.

hey i would suggest not doing that because people don't like to have ANY religion forced on them. so if your bringing your bible to school to 'inform' other people then i would say thats not a good idea. however, if your just brining it for personal 'comfort' then i think that would be okay.

but you should save the 'spreading god' for things outside of school okay? because im warning you that people may be offended.

drink warm milk, count backwards, do yoga poses, meditate, breath in and out really deeply and focus on each breath, and if you get DESPERATE, you can take just one advil to help make you more sleepy.

Q: I was working on Friday night with this guy, and he was sick the whole night, he shouldn't have even been at work but my boss wouldn't let him leave. So, it turns out he has mono. And I remember I accidently drank one of his drinks that night, and I'm really worried that I'm going to get it. How long does mono normally take to set it, and what are the symptoms?

hey (i asked my brother on this one lol)- you should jump rope a bunch to help improve your leg strength. also do those wall sits where your like sitting on a chair (but there is no chair of course).

also, keep certain marks on the wall that you can reach for. keep one for your maximum height you can reach, and then place another marker a few inches above that and try reaching for it. occasionally, raise the marker and you'll be surprised.

if you drink one or two drinks in an hour than your still under the 'legal' amount. but of course no amount is legal for you being 14.

your BAC is probably around .14! thats reallyy not good! and if youve never had that many drinks before your tolerance will be even lower! since your pretty petite you will get drunk faster, which damages your brain. your reflexes will also be slowed.
