Q: ok when i was 13 i dated my boyfriend nows best friend... i am now 16... he was my first love... i was in love with nathan (my boyfriend nows best friend) for almost 4 years....i have just recently got over him... i got over him when i was 15... i am now 16... paul(my boyfriend now) doesnt understand how much work it took to get over nathan... now paul still talks to nathan.. but i need nathan out of my life and paul is bringing him back into it... i dont know what to do to keep paul but also keep nathan out of my life... i dont want to tell him to chose cuz thats not right.... please help!!!!!!

try to avoid nathan. just tell paul that he can hang out with nathan as much as he wants, just don`t bring him around you. you don`t have to make paul choose, just make sure he`s not with both of you at the same time.

Q: Ok here goes, I am an advice giver and everything but I can't fix this problem. I go to a school where there is a whole bunch of guys. I have a major crush on one of them but every time I make a move on a guy I like, I get these kinds of remarks such as "You should jump off a bridge and save yourelf the embarassment of actually having a love life". Remarks like these are said to me everyday and somehow they have etched themselves into my head and they won't go away. Now it seems like the only way to get rid of them is to commit suicide. I have thought about it many times but I want help. Please answer back. I don't know how much more of these remarks I can stand.

whoever is saying that crap is just retarded. if they have to put people down to make themselves feel good, they aren`t worth listening to. when you`re lonely and depressed.. look to God. you weren`t born to fit in. when you were born, God smiled. don`t kill yourself, that`s taking the easy way out.. and it will send you straight to hell. don`t be selfish. think of who all you would hurt if you killed yourself. find someone who is a Christian and just get to know them. i`m here if you need a friend.

Q: What do you guys think of a 18-year-old(f) dating a 24-year-old(m). And don't give any of that "age doesn't matter crap" bcasue it does. What do yall think of the maturity levels?

The biggest problem I see... The 18-year-old is still a freshman in college and the 24-year-old graduated 2 years ago.

well sorry to say it but age doesn`t matter. maturity does. obviously people mature at different rates. girls also mature a lot faster than guys. if you think you have enough in common and you`re on the same level, go for it.

just let your heart take over. don`t worry about it. just tell him how you really feel. some suggestions.. physical features (eyes, body, etc.) and most importantly, personality. or you could just say you don`t know what it is, you just feel so amazen when you`re around him. =)

Q: I really want to enter a talent show. It's not a little amatuer one..it's one that people have to pay to get in. I need a song to sing, but I can't choose which one. I would want a song that's not too fast or slow. Any suggestions?

honestly i think you`re trying to push each other away so it won`t hurt as bad when you leave. but guess what.. it`s gonna hurt no matter what. you have to swallow your pride and apologize. just tell her how you`re feeling and let her know you love her and you`re gonna miss her so much.

Q: i play basketball and i was wandering what can i do for practice. i mean what is like a really good practice for basketball? please help.

*i rate*

ball handling: sit on the edge of a chair and put your legs together at a 90 degree angle and dribble under your legs. also work on crossovers, spins, behind the back, and between you legs.

passing: get a friend to work on passing with you. stand close together and work on tosses and hand`offs. take a few steps back and work on chest passes and bounce passes. get someone else to get between you and your friend and work on passing around them.

shooting: start a few feet away from the goal and shoot about 30. then take a few steps back and work on your jump shots and shoot 50-100. then shoot about 50 free throws. then work on your 3 pointers. shoot 10-20 from each corner, 10-20 from each wing, and shoot 10-20 from the top of the key.

when you`re starting to practice, start with lay`ups, then block`shots, then crossover lay`ups. make sure you work extra hard with your weak hand.

Q: i wanna here ur story i need god in my life but know know how to get it

my testimony:
i was raised in church. i was taught to take a dollar to sunday school and sing when the choir sang. i was taught to bless my meals and respect my elders. when i was 4 year old i got "saved". being 4, how was i supposed to know what i was doing? i never fully understood what serving God, or being on fire for God, really meant. at the age of 13, i began slowly slipping away from my Christian background. i began cussing and i had thoughts of suicide and overdosed once. then on december 6, 2003 i met a guy on the internet named joseph. coincidence? i think not. he introduced me to the real meaning of being a Christian. months later, i began slipping away. it was like a cycle. i would slide back, then go running to God. eventually, i got to the point where i cussed, smoked, drank, slit my wrists, and overdosed 2 more times. i knew something was missing. i even knew what it was. but still, i couldnt seem to grasp the idea that i needed God. i became a horrible person. not caring about anyone, not caring about God, not caring about myself. then on December 31, 2004 i went to Hargis retreat with my youth group, along with 2 other churches. we had service just before midnight. something clicked in my mind, and in my heart. i desperately needed God. at midnight i got on my knees and prayed for forgiveness. i had demons inside of me. not the kind that scream and go crazy. i had demons that tried to make me depressed, that tried to make me lie and be the horrible person i was. at midnight, i felt them coming out of me. i felt myself be FREE for the first time in a long time. i will not slip away again. i will not be the person the devil wants me to be, the person i used to be. i will be a witness to those who do not know Christ. i will be a servant for my God. i will go where he wants me to go. i will be who he wants me to be. i am a full blown, on fire for God, Christian. i will not give into temptation. no turning back. no more smoking. no more drinking. no more drugs. no more depression. no more suicidal thoughts. i will be a proud witness and servant for Jesus Christ.

if he didn`t like you, i would think that he would break up with you. some people are weird about that though. i suggest that you sit him down and ask him about it. if you`ve been together that long then you should be able to talk about almost everything. and your friend, she should know that it`s her duty as a best friend to stay away. disregard her. she`ll find someone else.

Q: Every time i chew something like gum or a meal..my jaw pops/clicks. Anybody know why..or how to stop this? thanks a bunch!

it`s probably TMJ. maybe you clench your teeth when you sleep. i suggest going to an orthodontist. my sister has TMJ and they gave her a mouthpiece to wear at night, so she doesn`t have problems with it anymore.

Q: Hey yall i jus got bangs and boy i hate them they arnet like the ones that go all the way across your forehead. they are the ones where u have a part down themiddle and there are two on each side i then they look bad and i cant wait for them to grow out but until then i need cute lil hair styleing tips or ways to hide them! any advice

straighten your hair. make sure your bangs on really straight. also use special shampoo, gel, etc. that will keep your hair healthy so you won`t have split ends. if you don`t have split ends your hair will grow out faster.

talk to him.. in person. don`t do it on the internet, phone, notes, etc. it`s hard to find a guy that isn`t all about sex these days. if you`re still young, don`t go chasing after him. you have plenty of time to find the right guy for you. try to get to know him better. just leave it in God`s hands and pray about it.

Q: I've noticed that guys that like me *and vice-versa* are a lot older than me. I'm a Freshman in High School, and a lot of Seniors like me (including one guy who just graduated). I *would* go for any of those guys, but they're all over 18! Is it illegal to date a 18+ guy without having sex?

dating someone 18 and up isn`t illegal. as long as sex isn`t involved. and it shouldn`t be anyway.. because abstinence is the best way to go.

Q: I'm a 15 year old girl, who's confident and a sweet person. I feel really satisfied with my life.. I have decent grades, the best friends a girl could ask for, and a great home life. I have an empty feeling inside me though, because I don't have a boyfriend or even a crush. don`t worry about it. don`t go looking for love. it`ll sneak up on you. you`re only 15, so you have plenty of time. trust me. have fun being young and don`t look for someone to be with. most importantly don`t settle. don`t compromise. you`ll find the right guy.. actually he`ll find you.

Q: if i do 200-250 crunches everyday, how many pounds do you think i could lose in a week? p.s. im 155 pounds nd 13 yrs old

despite what everyone else says, doing crunches really does make you lose weight, especially if you have fat on your stomach. doing 200-250 should make you lose from 3-5 pounds a week. when i wasn`t playing sports i would do 100 everyday and i would only lose about 1 or 2 every week. i would suggest that you do some other things like push`ups, running, etc.

Q: i have windows xp and im using the regular Word processor that it comes with (not microsoft works word processor) just REGULAR WORD and i NEED to double space my paper but i cant find any possible way to do it, but i know there's a way. how do i do it? (dont say press enter cause that'll get screwed up when i print) thanks SO much!

you can`t do it on regular wordpad. that feature isn`t on there. try using another program. or just press enter twice but that will be kind of difficult. you could type the whole paper then go back and space it. sorry dear.
