despite what everyone else says, doing crunches really does make you lose weight, especially if you have fat on your stomach. doing 200-250 should make you lose from 3-5 pounds a week. when i wasn`t playing sports i would do 100 everyday and i would only lose about 1 or 2 every week. i would suggest that you do some other things like push`ups, running, etc.

I dunno, but I think regular cruches dont help at all. Try running instead. :D That helps you lose some lbs fast.
