I'm turning 14 and I might go ice skating for it and bring some friends. I've been ice skating before but that was with my church. I was thinking of bringing maybe 5 of my friends. I don't know how much it costs or if you have to call. Do you think 5 people would be too much and would cost too much and do you have to call them for something? I have no idea. Please help. Thanks so much!

Your best shot would be to find your nearest ice skating place, and call them.
Ask them how much it would cost per person, or maybe they have group prices.
They will give you all the information you need.
Places are different, we can't give you a sold answer.
If you're worried about calling yourself, ask an older sibling or a parent to call for you.

I basically need some major help planning my trip.

I've never been out of the country and I don't know what to expect.

I have a passport now, so that's no problem, but I'm so new to everything else!

Well, first of all, Paris is quite an expensive city, so I suggest you take at least €300(euros) with you. For food and shopping etc. If you're interested in buying clothes, the best thing I can say is that a t-shirt will cost from €15 to €25 (Depending on store + quality) and a pair of jeans would be €50- €100 (again, store + quality)
The weather in Paris always depends, winter is cold and often rainy though, so bring warm clothes ;)
But for the few weeks before you go on the trip, check the weather forecast there.
Also, be prepared to deal with French surroundings, almost no French people speak English, and if they do they aren't too happy to speak it.
Mixed cultures, some people in France may seem rude to you, but to them it's perfectly normal. It takes a bit to adjust to the hype + style of the city.
Be sure to check out some sights and also watch your personal stuff, there tend to be pickpockets around touristy + crowded areas.

If you want to prepare for the trip, I highly recommend learning some basic vocab(if you don't study French in school :] )
Even if it's basics like asking for direction or ordering a cup of coffee at a restaurant.

If you have more questions, ask. France is a country I visit at least 6 times a year (I live in a neighboring country) :D
I've been to Paris a few times, I can't say it's my favorite place...but it's great to go there.

Is the video iPod converter 'Videora' trustworthy? Have there been any users that had problems with it, or is it harmful to the computer?

So, I'm a huge fan of Supernatural and I bought the DVD boxset of series three in HMV yesterday. I also bought an iPod online, to treat myself for my birthday and good GCSEs.

It's an 80 GB iPod Classic. I know you can put videos on it, like from the itunes site -

but how would I go about getting the supernatural DVD episode I want on there? How would I do it?


Please help if you know anything or have ever put tv shows or films from DVDs onto your iPod Classic.

Well basically people find quotes and type them in a nice font and then save as a picture.
It's easy to use, you could even use paint if you don't want anything too fancy.

Ok, I have this friend that knows I really like this one guy. A few minutes after I told her that she asked him out and she always hugs him in front of me and everything. To be honest, your friend is a bitch.
You should let her be.
And I suggest you try to move on from the guy. If a guy is stupid enough to go out with a girl that has a boyfriend then he's not worth the trouble.

Tell her that things are going to mess up eventually and she'll get the reputation of a ''player'' and she'll loose both guys.

Try to make her realize that she doesn't need your friend. He will just hurt her and mess her about.
Don't push her too much though.
She will need to realize herself that he's not the one for her.
When she starts thinking about things, she'll see that you've been the one that was there for her when she needed help.
Try to hang out with her. Go bowling or do something fun, let her see you more than a good friend.

There is a little voice in the back of my head telling me my mom would be better off without me here. And I mean like she would be a better person and have less to deal with. And i dont want to talk to her about it because what if i am wrong? Then she will be hurt and i will be hurt for causing her to be hurt. But i just dont know why i am feeling this way. My parents are divorced and my dad lives in another state. But you see my mom has to take care of me and my grandpa and my step dad and the house. Right, even if you have this voice telling you that your mom would be better off without you and it sometimes may seem like it, that's not true.
Parents love their kids a lot, even if they don't show it and sometimes act arrogant.
Unless you are whiny and expect her to buy you new clothes every week, then you wouldn't be less for her to deal with.
Honestly, I can promise you that.
I don't know about your age so it doesn't help me as much but I'm trying :)
When she gets mad, she will blow up on you because she can't blame your grandpa because it's not his fault and she loved her new husband a lot and she doesn't want to blame him either.
I promise you that you haven't done anything wrong but parents sometimes find it easy to blame/take their feelings out on a younger person because she won't be able to argue back or stand up for themselves properly.
It sounds weird but a lot of adults find comfort in that.
Like my dad, if he's pissed off at my mom for some reason, he will blame things on me just because I can't say anything back or I will get in trouble.
It works for them.
If you're under 16 then you should stay put. You shouldn't run away. First of all talk to your mom.
Tell her you get the feeling that you're causing her problems, ask her if this is true.
Perhaps you could help her with your stepdad + grandpa or just the house?
Help her clean the rooms, dust or vacuum and she will notice the effort.
If things don't seem to be working out, maybe you could go live with a close friend or a relative for a short while, but you should still visit your mom at least one a week.

If you're 16 then you could find your own place with her permission. Maybe she will give it to you because she will feel like it'll take the pressure off her. I'm not saying that you're annoying her or anything but maybe she's just hurt because she wants you to have a good life but she can see that it's not working out that way.

Try to talk to her about things. Ask her if she needs any help with things or maybe there's something bothering her. Offer help with the house + the other people living in your house.

Hey, im 16f. I have an older brother that is 17 and a younger sister that is 10. Im in the middle. One of my pet peeves is hair in the sink. Every morning my sister insists on brushing her hair in the bathroom, and then when she leaves the bathroom she leaves LOTS of hair in the sink everywhere, and on the sink. It just BUGS me. SHe has really long brown hair and everyone else in the family has short hair so its obvious its hers. I am like 'how hard is it to wash your hair out of the sink!!?'. I told my mom to please tell her to just wash it out, which she did tell her, but I guess my sister isnt capable of doing it. Shes just lazy. And since she is the baby of the family she gets away with anything. I know this is a small thing, but it is constant. It just annoys me to find gobs of hair in the sink. But now my moms like 'you can just wash it out yourself'. But im like arg, because she should be old enough to do it herself (my sister). Please HELP.

This might bother you, but just don't do it for her.
Leave it that way and try to use another bathroom/sink whatever.
Then she will realize it's sick and annoying and start to do it herself.

If she doesn't improve, just try to use the bathroom before her in the morning or hide her hairbrush(es).

If still nothing changes, bring it up with your parents AGAIN and tell them that she can't be spoiled. Otherwise in the future she will get even lazier.

First of all tell a parent/guardian/adult you trust.
Keeping it a secret can make it much worse.

Take the pregnancy test twice. Don't panic after the first one. Just wait a day and take another one.

If you are pregnant, consider your options.
Since you're only fourteen, I doubt that you want to take care of the child and raise it.
So you can either up it up for adoption or have an abortion.

If you're not pregnant, then think in the future. Don't have unprotected sex, even if you might not get pregnant, you could get infections and diseases.
Also I think you should be careful about sex because you're only fourteen.
You don't want to mess things up in your life already.

I buy from ebay, and so whenever a package comes to my house, my mom just says "Oh what'd you buy?"
She doesn't ask too much or anything, but I just bought a belly button ring off of it, and she doesnt know I have it pierced.
