My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

Make-up trends never go out. You should wear whatever you like because basiclly everything is in. Long flowy skirts that are up to your knees are very in right now. Sparkly shoes, belts. Gaucho pants. Everyone wears them. I don't know if you know what they are but they are caprise and they are very very flowy. When you put your legs togehter it looks like a skirt.Shrugs are in, a lot of sequins. Big purses, camis.

Does anyone know any really good books to read? I like to read all kinds of books. The last book i read was called "the lovely bones" it was an awsome book it was about a girl that got raped and murdered and the girl went to heaven and she was looking down on her family..I want to read books that teenagers would be interrested in!

I just got done reading Go Ask Alice by Anonymous. It is about this girl, who just turned 15. She doesn't make friends too easily and when they move to a new house she makes a friend. Her friend goes to camp so she decides to stay with her grandparents for the summer. Once she gets there, she completly changed. She starts hanging out with the wrong people, drugs, alchocol, sex. At the end something bad happens to her. You should read it. It's a true story and it's a diary.

No, you don't need to go on a diet or anything, but you should exercise on that part of your body. Just watch what you eat. For your health though. Go to this website and it will show you the exercises for your stomach you can do to tone it and how to do them.

Before I start I'm a sixteen year old girl. This might be a long one.

Well my parents don't trust me. They say they do but everything that goes wrong is blamed on me and basically 99% of the time I wasn't the one who did it. For instance when my dog chewed on the seatbelts in the car until they were bascially ruined my parents accused me of cutting the seatbelts with scissors as a way of telling them that I was angry. Well I used to be a really big troublemaker until I turned ten but now I'm basically the most innocent teen ever and they still don't see why I don't talk to them. I don't talk to them that much because I'm afraid that they will not believe whatever I'm trying totell them and just blow up on me. My mom is okay. She sometimes believes me but my dad just explodes on me and will slam the door in my face because he doesn't want to hear what I have to say. I have never really gotten along with my dad because his sense of humor hurts me emotionally sometimes. He doesn't make fun of my weight and stuff but he calls me names like "whore", "slut", and "hoe". I know that most of the time he is just joking around but it still hurts me emotionally. He always treats me like I'm 5 years old. I'm just sick of it. What can I do to get them to trust me?

Wow, first of all your dad doesn't need to call you those names at all. Even when he is just joking around. I kind of have the same problem though. I was never a trouble maker but my parents still don't trust me. When ever I try to talk to my parent's they won't listen and they think they know everything. They say I was your age once, but it's not the same. If your mom understands sometimes and if you are willing to talk to her you should. This is a situation she should belive you. None of those things were your fault, I mean do your parents have any common sence? Tell your mom that when you dad calls you those names that they really do hurt your feelings. The only way to get their trust back, is to earn it. But I honestly don't understand how you would do that because you did nothing wrong. Be extra nice and just don't argue with your dad or tick him off. You need to talk to your mom about it. Ask her to listen. But just know no matter what your parents will still love you. You are going through puberty but no one can really tell when their period will come. I mean you could get discharge for about 2 weeks or so. Anyways, when you feel like you need to go to the bathroom and you fell like liquid is comming out then run to the bathroom. You should always wear a small light pad without the wings just incase. You don't need the normal ones but always carry a pad or tampon in your bookbag or your purse.

i was going to get the first season of laguna beach.. is it worth buying? is it good?

I love Laguna Beach, and I think its really good. But since its Season 1 I don't like it as much as Season 2. You should get it.

ok i have 2 questions having to do w/ tampon use and toxic shock syndrome.
*that rule that u leave a tampon in 4-8 hours... is that just like thats how long you can use it and then you have to wear a pad or something...or can you change to a new one?

Calm down!! You won't get a toxic shock syndrome. You can sleep in your tampon, swim, shower, run, anything! You should change your tampon every 4 hours and that is because you don't want to start to smell or leak. Its better to change it often but nothing bad will happen. It won't get stuck or anything. You can keep chaning tampons and after you take it out you don't have to wear a pad. You can just use another tampon.

okay i like this boy, lets call him jon ♥ and we have all of the same classes, same tachers, same everything togeather. and he is like... MY LIFE! i cant live without him!

all of my friends say "oh he likes you" pointing to him. then i go "oh" then continue what i was doing. but saying to myself (i wish he can acually TELL me or SHOW me that he does like me)

Hmm, from what I read, it seems like he does like you. There could be 2 things. He likes you a lot as a friend, or he likes you more then a friend. Now, flirt with him a lot and just be nice to him. If he flirts back a lot and gives you more signs then yes he likes you. You should talk to his best friend and find out. I mean best friends always know. Your friends seem like they want you guys to get together. Why do you think it would be weird if one of you asked each other out? Maybe you are just nervous and exited. He seems to really care about you. I mean he wants to do something special for your birthday, and would an ordinary guy friend take the time to actually do something like that? Probablly not. Just get to know him more and more and once when you guys get into those deep conversations you should just ask him anything. If you don't say something know you never know if it might be too late. He could get a girl friend, and you might regret not telling him how you really feel. Or you could get a boy friend, and he might regret it. Good luck with everything!

I play on a soccer team and my team got split up so there was like me and 2 other kids that were still on the team. and so i want to know if i should drop out and play football or stay and play club soccer with the team that is not that good.

If you aren't really into the soccer team anymore then sign up for football. It could be better and funner for you. I can't really make up your decision for you but do whatever. You could try new things and if football doesn't work out you could always go back and play soccer. Good luck.

I honestly think fighting him would be a bad idea and it's just stupid and immature. I mean how old are you? That fighting and starting sh*t is for 6th graders when they want to act tough but I guess people will always think that fighting will always solve it. If you truely want to fight him and if it is for a real good reason fight him somewhere nether one of you can get in deep trouble. Not the mall, not at the movies, not any public place. One of your pal's house or whatever. I think that guy is just trying to act tough and start more crap with you and since you get pissed about it he will continue to do that. OKay. Make a long story short. I went out with this Varsity football player for like 5 days! Well leave him a message that says can you please call me back because I would really like to talk to you. It's not your fault though. I would be upset if I never saw my boyfriend so I see where you are comming from. I think he is upset that you broke it off because I think he really likes you. Go to that website and there is a lot of exercises to do for each part of your body. The diet.. well I think you should see a nutritionist just to make sure. They are the ones who tell you what kind of diet you need to go on and what foods to stay away from. Like sweets and junk food. You have to eat healthy. Now if you don't exercise and each healthy you won't loose weight. Eat smaller portions and don't eat anything fried of in oil. Each chicken breast with salad or something because that is very healthy and not fatning. Just go to that website and you will find a lot of information.

I don't think that there is anything wrong with it. It is a big issue at my school and when they see girls hugging boys we can get in trouble. I think it is really lame. I mean there is nothing wrong with hugging, holding hands, or maybe a little peck on the cheek. It's nothing bad in public. Now, making out, and doing other sexual things should not be seen in public. But anything else is fine.

I think white nalish is cute. It depends if you can pull it off. I used it a couple of times. You could do a french manicure if you have clear nail polish. But anyways, it's cute.

I don't think it's a good idea to "play" him back but you should embaress him big time. I mean he didn't have to do that to you because you didn't deserve it at all! I never did that to a guy so I really don't know what you could do but say you will go with him and then find a close guy friend and just flirt with him or something and make that other guy really jelous!!! I have liked this girl now for 5 years.We are the best friends you could ever hope for. But she doesn,t like me any more than just being friends. Now for a while I was fine with it, I just kept thinking I dont like her anymore and it worked,m for a while. I went to camp over the summer and she met,What she called a really hot boy. This made me realize I still like her. Now when ever i am around her I hurt. Now heres the question i dont know if i should quit being her friend or talk to her which is really hard when on the subject of me and her. Don't stop being her friend. I know it's hard but it's better to have her as your friend then nothing. You would regret loosing her like that. Just because she doesn't like you right now doesn't mean she won't relize what a great guy you are. She might start liking you. Don't just give up on her. That's just what I don't understand about guys. When they find out a girl doesn't like them they just try to move on and say that there is no point. Don't do that.
