i want to spend more time with my dad. yeah i no that sounds weird but he may not have long to live but u never no and i want to spend as much time as i want with him but see i have never ereally hung out with him and i don't no wat to do with or or how to ask him.

That's so cute. Dad's always enjoy spending time with their kids. Maybe you could hangout at home and have a simple night. Do some talking, watch some movies and look back on old memories. You could also do something exciting and fun. Go to the movies, the mall, ice skating, bowling, dinner, etc. I'm sure where ever he goes, both you and him will have a great time.

long story short i went to my school dance tonight w/o a date and started to talk to this really sweet guy. he bought me candy, and danced w/ me......and i dont know him much. so....im confused. i dont know if i like him or not. how cn u tell?

You can tell if you like someone by these few signs: You're always thinking about them, wondering what their doing, day dreaming/dreaming about them, talking to them on the internet all the time, find yourself giggling/smiling when you think about/see them. If you do like him. Try getting in contact with him somehow; the phone, computer, friends, etc. It sounds like he does like you, especally when he's buying you stuff and dancing with you all night!

My girlfriend & I dated for 3 years and she was the love of my life. Well, I decided to take a job that I couldn't refuse in Michigan. I wanted her to move up there w/ me, but she said she couldn't leave her home in TX. The long-distance thing was too tough, so we mutually broke up on good terms. She then started dating someone new who she was "miserable" with. After over a year of staying in touch w/ her, I moved back home. A short time later, she ended up breaking up w/ the other guy b/c she wasn't happy. Well, we started slowly seeing each other again and things were great, but she wanted to "take things slow and not jump back into a relationship" since she just got out of a bad one. So, not trying to force her into a relationship, we just hung out and did everything that a normal 'boyfriend/girlfriend couple' would do. Well, after a few months of dating each other (and me thinking that we were gonna get back together), she met and started dating a new guy! I WAS CRUSHED!!! Here was a girl who was my best friend, someone I thought I was going to marry, & the love of my life........and now she wants to date this other guy out of the clear blue?!?!?! I was devistated. She's still together with this guy.
Now, it's months later. We still talk (fairly often) via email and sometimes on the phone (I NEVER call her...she only calls me), but I'm still not over her. I truly loved her w/ all of my heart. Part of me hates her for ripping my heart out and the other part of me still loves her very deeply and wants her back. Someone told me "if it's meant to be, then she'll come back to me one day". I just don't know what to do and I need help..... Any advice?

You need to let her know everything your feeling for her. Explain that she's the love of your life. Just spill everything. You'll feel better just knowing she knows how you feel about her. If she doesn't want to start anything up after you spilled your heart out to her, she's not worth it. If she can't see a guy thats right infront of her that loves her to death, find someone else. Maybe one day she'll realize she made a huge mistake. What she really did was get your hopes up, lead you on, then started going out with another guy. She's just playing with your feelings. You really need to find a new girl to love. Someone who won't break your heart like this one has. And thats so true. If it is ment to be, it will find a way. But I promise you, you'll find that special girl. You have to get your heart broken a couple of times by girls, before you find the girl that won't break it!

I have liked this guy forever. I dont really talk to him in person, but I do on AIM all the time, and we fight constantly. The wierd thing is tho, at school, he stares at me all the time. We just got back from a retreat type thing, and there he always sat pretty close to me, like right in front of me. Yesterday, he IMd me saying "Ive changed, im sorry for being mean to you". It sounds like he wants you for school related stuff. I could be wrong, but it seems like it. Just out of the blue he brings that up? Don't give it to him. If he's just going to use you for answers, forget about him. Find a guy that is worth your time!

Okay - here's the deal. I have a lot of friends, but this problem includes two imparticular ones: Josh and Dana (guy and girl). They are probably the closest of my friends. I can tell them both ALMOST anything. I'd say I'm probably closer to Josh - and that's it. I have a crush on him. Here's the hard part: I think Dana likes him too. I told her awhile ago that I had feelings for him and ever since then she's been sort of hanging around with him too. i.e: I'll be standing next to him and she'll come over and just go right between us; she'll sit down next to him when I was right there next to him. It's getting me upset. I can understand if she likes him too, and I don't mind. I mean you can't control who you like and don't like. But I just wish she would tell me instead of flirting with him right in front of my face - and she knows that I like him. And the bad part is that I think he likes her too. They talk in front of me and leave me out sometimes. A few days ago I heard Dana talking to him and she said something about the mall and this weekend. It's really hurting me. I like Josh so much - he's my BEST friend and I love Dana because she's my friend too. I can't help but feel jealous, though. Help!! You really need to talk to your friend. Tell her how jealous and hurt she's making you. Ask her if she does have feelings for Josh and not to lie. Since you can't control who you like, it's understandable. Just have a good chat with her and make her let everything out. Tell her you won't be mad if she does you just need the truth. Make him something. For his birthday you could give him a card, telling him 50 reasons why he's the best boyfriend in the world, or why you love him. I'm sure he'd rather that then any other present. Then maybe for Valentines day you could write him a cute poem. Then you could make some dinner at your house and enjoy the rest of the night by renting some movies and cuddling.

ok sry the whole thing was-

ok i know this one girl who ive known since last year we sat at the same lunch table, then this year we have spanish together..were not close but we do talk here and there. she went out with guy danny whos in 11th grade and they recently broke up after 6 months or so. my other friend had met him in a chat and they talk and so on, and anyways we were going to the mall on saturday and so we went. we come back and shes at my house waiting for her mom to pick her up so were talking to him on-line n seemed nice. so after she left we started talking and all, i seem a lil into him i dk, i saw him be4 like once or twice with the girl who went out with him. i just found out that he was in my lunch last sem and all so i kinda knew who he wasnt, i just never saw him only the back or something when the 2 were leavin the caf. i dont know if hes into me or something i never actually met him or anything, but im affaird to accept if he ever asks me out since i have friends who were friends with who he went out with, plus i also know her as well. then today my other friend who was over my house saturday night says she was confused and i asked why and she said bc she "bc i have a bf and i also like danny a lil" and i said "o0o the one from other night on-line?" and she said "yeah" and i just went "o0o" and she asked "y?" and i just said "j/w" and now i dk what to do, bc i dont want to hurt either of them if he ever asks me, which i know he would never do ask me but u never know.

To answer your question, okay. Is this girl, the one that moved, the one that wants to be with this guy? If so, go out with the guy if he wants to ask you. I don't think she'll care, especially if she moved. There's no way anything could happen between this guy and her, unless they want a long distance relationship, which I don't think they would. Anyways, if you like him, screw what others say, go for him!

I go for a good personalty, why would you want to be with a guy without a personalty? A guy that can hold a converstation is also great; don't want to feel like your talking to a wall or always trying to hold a converstation on your own. You really have to talk to her about this and try to make her understand you don't like her that way. If she is a les/bi, she should understand that you're not like that and she'll back off. Aw, thanks hun. I really don't know whats going to happen between me and Jon. I always saw him as my best friend, like a brother. We've known eachother since we were little, but I don't know what I'm going to do. I mean I love him to death and everything, I just don't know if being "together" would work out. Like it would screw up the friendship we already had if we break up, I'm way confused and scared about that. I've been ingoring him when he askes me questions about it, but I'm speachless. I just have no clue what to say. But, as for the question you ask, just ask them to hangout. When your having a problem, talk to them about it. You can easly hangout with her hun. Just tell her to meet you someplace, example: The mall, movies, park, a friends house maybe? Get your older brother or sister to drive you up to go see her.
