Okay so my state (TN) has decided to mandate that every student K-12 get 90 minutes of excersize a week. Well they are using our homeroom time at my school to do just that. I think it is incredibly stupid because its not the school's responsibility to tell us what to do as far as excersizing goes. It is so damn retarded I can hardly stand it. I HATE coming to school now. OMG as if it wasnt bad enough LETS THROW IN SOME EXCERSIZE!!! Plus my homeroom teacher is strict with the rules, so if we dont do these excersizes every morning, she will write us up. I dont feel like I can talk to her because she wont understand. And I cant sit there and object while everyone else is doing it because that will draw negative attention to me. I get enough attention as it is for being fat. And thats not the reason I dont want to do the excersizes. It's just that 15 minutes is a long time for someone who is as heavy as I am and its embarassing to have my fat jiggle around for the whole freaking class to watch and laugh at. I would much prefer to excersize in PRIVACY where I dont have to worry about what I look like. High school is bad enough as it is. I think this is pure torture and I really want to refuse to do it. But I dont want to bring negative attention to myself. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? and what is your opinion on our new state law??
Actually. I disagree with you. 80% of the US is fat. That is disgusting. I'm glad your state is finally taking action. And your school is trying to help you and your students be healthy. They are not doing this as a punishment. What is wrong with exercise? Its helping you be fit, and healthy. I can not believe that you are so lazy, that you are this upset about it. If you are fat, you should be happy about this. So then maybe you can burn some weight and be healthy. Why would you wanna be fat? And, whos fault is it, that you are fat? Its yours. No one elses. After reading what some of the people later on said after me, I have a little more to say. I think ductape & roses or whatever, said things practically perfectly. and is right on alot of what they said. However, you are in highschool now. You are hopefully, alot more mature now, and can realize, that your fatness, is your own fault now. Yes, when you were a child, you didn't realize anything was wrong with you. But, as you've gotten older, I'm sure you realize your weight is a problem. So, you should be quite happy with this law, that someone is trying to help you. I don't think you should listen to half the people below me, who said things on how to get excuses out of it. Thats really sad, that you cannot do 15 minutes of exercise a day. If you are soo worried about people staring at you, then go in the back. If anyone turns around and looks at you and laughs, just glare at them, they are just immature losers.
If you are not happy with your weight, then it is your job to change it. No one elses. My school, makes us run 4 miles. + whatever activity we have that day. I don't like it much either, because i'm a total girly girl. And I don't like getting sweaty. But, I tell myself, that its my job, to stay healthy and fit.

hahah same. i used to go a private school, and everyone always just wore abercrombie. well when i went to private school, and was wearing all my abercrombie clothes, [i bought like 500 dollars worth of new clothes from there, atleast.] when i got there, i changed my mind on my clothing completely. because it was like opening up to all these new things. & now that im going to highschool this year, i've been wondering the same thing.
heres my plan..
bring all the basics. im gonna get a pink bookbag. but when i was in middle school, i had a big chanel purse, inless i had alot of homework, then i'd only bring my chanel. as for clothes, im gonna wear all my summer outfits, stuff i know i wont look stupid in. ha. and then like after the first couple of weeks. do a hugee fall shopping spree. :D because, i don't know about you, but my choice in fashion, changes alot. i mean i like all similar things. but yano. uhmm, if your gonna bring a purse, don't bother getting a pencilcase. i wouldnt bring a purse the first day though.. but, uhm target always has really cute stuff. & surprisingly, one time i was at kmart, because my brother wanted like some video game from there. and so, i saw there stuff, and its actually super cute. what you could do, is buy magazines. for ideas on clothing. My face looks oily. I've always had dry skin or combination skin. My face is shiny and even after I wash it.
I don't want harsh products that would irritate my skin. I don't want any products that burn the skin, you know?
I also have small bumps on the side of my cheek. How do I go about treating this? It's a lot of small bumps so I don't want to irritate the skin and make it worse. They sort of popped up last month while I was on the pill :/
I've been putting benzoyl peroxide medication on the small bumps for the past week. it's done nothing but bring it to a slight white head.

you buy the whole kit, atleast thats what you do where i live, at our mall. its 50 dollars. that stuff sucks. i have really oily skin too. and it didnt help. i suggest dermatologist. or this amazing stuff i use, noxzemia.

Okay So yeah i know im at a risk for pregnancy.

So, I've been dating this girl for about 15-ish months now. And we both thought it was pretty serious. you need to do alot more then that. 1 pound is 3500 calories. inless you plan on walking 4 miles a day, drinking like atleast 12 bottles of water, other exercises, and eating very very healthy, then forget it.
its deff. possible to lose that much in a week. its possible to lose that much in 4 days. i know this, because i did it.
if you do exactly what i just said, then yeah, you'll lose a good amount of weight. i have a really fast metablism, so maybe it might take you a little longer. but yeah, you have to really keep on track, and do really well.

Honestly, I don't think she looks like a model. She just doesn't have that look. I mean, modeling is hard. I did it, and ehh, I don't reccomend it. You could be pregnant, protection isn't 100% protective. However, I do not think your pregnant. Inless you think you show basic signs of early pregnancy. I mean 7/11 is like awhile ago. I mean, what I'd do, is research it. Since I don't know your age, or how long you've had your period, then its kinda hard to tell though. hmm, online look up, 'stages of fertilization' or something like that. because if your pregnant it'd tell you like how far it is into the process, and also look up stuff like 'stages of early pregnancy'
