So heres the deal i like a guy who has a gf, bad choice i know!. We've known eachother for about a year now but we just started hangin out a few months ago. Basically he told me that he liked me but i didnt know he had a gf and he didnt bother to tell me until the next time we hung out.Well one weekend we made out, i know thats REALLY bad and i feel bad that i did it but he doesnt. Hes proud of it and he talks to my best friend about it all the time. But he always has his arm around me and i catch him starin at me and smiling and he always hugs me bye. Do you think he actually likes me or am i just a hookup?

if he really liked you he'd break up with his girlfriend asap. He's just a typical guy. Don't let him get to you, and don't let yourself become his "bootycall" lol.
uhm i really don't know whatelse to tell you.
i was in sort of a similar situation, and i told myself i wouldn't hang out with the guy until him and his girlfriend ended things, and then i'd see what would happen between us. I'm trying to give the guy some space now, kind of playing hard to get also.
Oh and this saying is so typical, but "whatevers meant to be, will be" If it doesn't work out for you two, there's always gonna be another guy for you.
And lastly, the whole thing about him bragging is just him being an idiot of course and trying to make himself look good. He's probably bragging about how he can get any girl he wants, which is not cool at all. Try to prove him wrong about that. He's a cheater, he doesn't deserve to get every girl.

like, i seriously ,really really think you should tell this girl. because, ok say when this girl and him break up, hes gonna like be all mad, and like tell her how you guys made out. then shes gonna tell everyone in school, and then your gonna look like a big slut. same thing happpen to me...i was really into this guy who had a g/f and we hooked up (a lot actually) while he still had a g/f ! i felt bad for the g/f but i couldn't resist. turns out i was more of a friend with benifits kinda girl. but i'd try and figure whats going on maybe don't give into him completely and play hard to get and see if he still wants more =)
