I've had the Sims 2 for a while now and I've downloaded it on my computer about a year ago, played it, got bored, then deleted it. I tried downloading it again and about 15% into the download it said "TSData/Res/Sound/Sfx1.package". I thought it was just my computer. I got a laptop for Christmas and I tried to install it on here and that message comes up again! What is and how can I fix it? I don't want to buy a new game and it can't be my computer.
You can download a copy of it using bittorent, and since you already own it, it's not illegal. Download Azureus, Bitcomet, or utorrent and then go to btjunkie.com and search for sims 2. If it has a disk image(.iso, .mdf, .cue) in it, then download DAEMON tools to run them.

Alright, so I want something that I can use to browse the internet and listen to music, but something I can use while I'm not at home.
And no, not a laptop. I think the PSP has these features? And the Sidekick 3? But PSP is kinda for games (which I don't really care about) and the Sidekick is mostly a phone which is cool, but I don't have a lot of money to spend every month on a bill.
Anyone know anything else that is primarily for this? Or tell me which would be better to buy and why? Thanks!
the psp will only work in WiFi hotspots. There are dense areas of these in big cities, but not many else ware. If you live in a very big city, the PSP will be best for you. Otherwise, get a phone. Almost all new phones can go on the internet and store/play music, not just the sidekick.

I have an apollo printer. Everytime i attempt to print somthing, all it does is print out a jumble of symbols and letters. It keeps printing until it runs out of paper, or ink. What can i do to make my printer just print normally???
make sure you have the driver installed. It should be on a disk that came with the printer; if you lost it look on their website. Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements. Look to see that the connector is plugged in snuggly(if it's loose it can mess it up). Contact their tech support or get support at protonic.com if you can't figure it out.

It's an expansion pack. If I download it to my computer, it will be just as if I bought it, right? And then I dont need the CD every time i play the game, right? Just the actual disc for Sims 2. Also, can you make your sim a young adult when your making them? Once you have the university thing.
you can, but it's illegal to use it on more than one computer. If you can't use it without the disk, just make a copy of the disk, the game can't tell the difference. If you don't have a spare disk/burner, convert the disk into a disk image(.iso) and use Daemon Tools to run it(turn on emulation if it detects that it's an image). Search for "disk to iso" or something like that, there's tons.

cursors are special, you need a special editor; check here:

at first my dad was thinking about letting me get a sidekick 3, but now he's totally against it and said my phone is "fine."
i need to pursuade him so maybe he will let me get a sidekick. i have verizon right now and my phone is kind of like the side kick and has a keyboard.

benzoyl peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, and rubbing alcohol will get rid of acne. Don't get that stuff in your eyes or mouth, though; and don't mix them. Alright. I play fantasy sports. That is immediately a problem, as it is so addicting. :)
But, here's the real issue. I am the commishioner (Head Honcho) of a league that has played 9 seasons of sports over 2.5 years. I played as a manager, and eventually got elected to my position when the other commishioner retired.
Anyways, being commishioner, I have sole responsibility over the well being of the league. And I do believe that they deserve a much better league that what Yahoo give for free. AKA, complete junk.
So, I am looking into pay sites. This would not be effective until Baseball 2007, as I am 16, and will not have the independency I need to do it without their permission... (Stupid Youth...) Does anybody know of good pay sites I can use? I am looking for a site that has a Head to Head option (Points), division option, and does not cost a fortune.

Okay, so I got an Xilim Casino camera for Christmas, which I absolutely adore. The problem is, I tried to upload my pictures today, and I cant seem to figure this out. Would uploading work with my computer, given the following information:
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition 2002;Service Pack Two
and, on the front of my computer it says 'hp pavilion vx74'
So, with this information, does anyone know if I'll be able to actually upload my pictures, and if I can, how exactly do I do that??

That's a USB connection, nearly every digital camera has one. Now you need a cable kind of like this:

One end of the cable should be wide and flat, the other should be whatever your camera has, the small type(as shown in the picture) or another big one. Your camera should have specific instructions from what to do from here, sometimes you just plug the camera in, and a new drive is created and you can just look for your pictures in there. Some cameras you have to install a driver for, or set in a special mode

there is this guy at school and i don't know him that well personally but i know a lot of things he does and it isn't good.....drugs and violence. I'm scared to try to help him because i don't want him to think i stalk him or anyhing because i just found out that stuff from one of his closefreinds and his freind showed me evidence so i know it's true....what do i do do i just leave it alone or try to help because he is really nice and i'd hate to see him get hurt

there might be an easier way, but you can email the pictures from your phone to your computer(at least most phones can).

for a while now i've been thinking that i may have ocd. heres some of the little things i do, and if i don't do them then i want to cry and my stomach starts to hurt and i feel so guilty.
-when i eat something colored, such as m&m's, i have to eat them in a certain order. like all the reds. then all the greens. or red, green, red, green.
-when i lay on my back i HAVE to cross my right ankle over my left.
-when i shoot a freethrow i dribble it 3 times and then spin, drop, spin, drop.
-i have to take out my right contact, then left.
-when i eat noodles, i have to eat three at a time.
-when i eat something i try to eat it in numbers so that when theres quite a few left, the number left is how many letters there are in the name of the guy i like.
-i have to sleep on my left side.
-i HAVE to drink my coke with a straw, even if its in a can.
-i have to put my right rubberband on my braces before i put my left one on.
-i have to straighten the left side of my hair before the right side.
-whenever i pop a pimple, puss has to come out of it. [gross, i know.]
-when i stand, i have to bend my leg so i appear shorter than i really am.
-i save ALL my receipts and put them in order from the date of the receipt.
-i have to save all the little tear off price things from price tags.
-i have to save all my movie tickets and put them in order of the theater i was in.
there's more..but it's hard to explain some of them. do any of you think this could be a sign of OCD? i've told my mom, but she thinks i'm kidding, and it's making me upset. but maybe i'm just overthinking..? what do you think?
