I have an apollo printer. Everytime i attempt to print somthing, all it does is print out a jumble of symbols and letters. It keeps printing until it runs out of paper, or ink. What can i do to make my printer just print normally???
theymos answered Saturday December 30 2006, 2:14 am: make sure you have the driver installed. It should be on a disk that came with the printer; if you lost it look on their website. Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements. Look to see that the connector is plugged in snuggly(if it's loose it can mess it up). Contact their tech support or get support at protonic.com if you can't figure it out. [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]
