Ok to start 14/f
Before I ask my question I'll give you a backround
Today i woke up and i was pissed because i got little sleep. My little brother was talking to my dad about how i dont go to sleep when im supposed to (12am) because I get on my computer and stay on there till about 2 or 3 am. My dad was pissed and said that when school starts for the first 3 months he will cut off the internet. Then since I was still pissed I was ranting on about how school sucks and that landed me a 15 min lecture about how if i didnt go to school I wouldnt be smart and get a good job. Later today my older brother started thinking that im turning anerexic because I had not (and still havent) eaten anything all day. I kinda blew that off and then my mom said that I dont like my family because eariler i said that its not really that cool to go to the bowling alley with my family and not my friends. Shes says that im lazy and just dont want to get any exercise (even thiugh you dont exercise at a bowling alley) so now im thinking that my family is out to get me into the loony bin

So now my question is
do i apologize for being a sort of smartmouth
or just leave it alone and let them apologize.

I rate depending on the quality of the answer.

You sound Exactly like my 13 year old sister. Staying up til 2 or 3 in the morning is really sad. Honestly who else is on the computer that early in the morning? Probly no one. I dont know your dad but i know my dad tells my sister that he will disconnect the computer and take the cords with him to work and then hook it back up when he gets home at 7 pm. I dont think your dad will disconnect the the internet for 3 months after school starts though. It may be his way of trying to get you to get off the computer and get more sleep. Since you dont get alot of sleep now when school starts back up your going to have alot of trouble going to bed early then wanting to get up really early for school. When school starts back up the only think your parents want is for you to do well and get sleep.

There is nothing wrong with hanging out with your family. Im 17 and im not a family person but if they asked me to go bowling im all for it. Yes your parents are probly nothing like your friends but i bet your friends hang out with their family every once in a while.

As for the anerexic thing just eat. Not eatting for a day doesnt mean you are turning anerexic. Yea it could be a sign but not always true. When i work a 11hour shift i dont eat anything but maybe a hot pocket. so just explain to your parents your not anerexic.

ok i have a lot of discharge, i have not started my period yet either. i live with my dad so its really hard to bring up the subject. i can't have a aunt, a friend, or a cousin take me either. i need pantyliners but i dont know how to get them without my dad knowing. what should i do???

If your dad is the parent Raising you then he knows that at one point that you are going to need them. It wont be a surprise to him. i would just tell him that you have female problems and you need to buy some Pantyliners. Dont be worried and you shouldnt hide the fact that you need them because eventually you will start your period and it will be hard to hide that from him. I tried to hide mine from my parents abut they figured it out.

Dating someone over myspace is not the savest thing to do. You have no idea if this boy is 14 years old. i know this isnt something you want to hear but i wouldnt date him. He could me a 30 year old man planning to hurt you. Alot of people get killed by dating online because they believe everything that the person tells them. Theres probly a good chance that you guys would probly never meet because one of your parents would have to bring you. And your parents probly wouldnt approve of you dating him.

Ok so i had sex with this one guy...i was suposed to get my period like 2 weeks ago..but 2 weeks ago i had spotting for one day it was barely any and then i havent had anything since then...i go back to school this Wednesday so idk i dont want to get it during school but i dont know if that was suposed to be my period for the month or what. Well you sound kind of young because your saying preggers instead on Pregnant. if you have sex theres always a chance of getting pregnant. You should deff. Get a preganancy test or go to a clinic where they give pregnancy test. Use protection.

Okay so i got grounded last thursday because i got caught drinking & lying. My cell phones taken away and im grounded. my parents said im grounded until i "earn their trust back" how am i suppose to earn trust back if i cant leave the house? any suggestions? I'll rate =)

You dont need to leave the house to earn their trust back. Help them around the house alot more then you usually do. Ask them if they need anything cleaned, fixed, etc... Write your parents a letter explaining that your sorry for drinking and lying behind their backs. ( Only do that if you really are sorry )

If yoou aint in that many of ya good friends' classes in high school does that mean you wont be friends?

Just because your not in there classes doesnt mean anything. Classes are meant to be quiet and a place for you to be learning not socializing with your friends. Theres plenty of other time that you will get to hang out and see your friends. You have between classes, after school. and weekends to hangout.

You have to ask your self.

Looks are not everything. If you care for this guy then it shouldnt matter.

But i cant tell you to stay with this guy. If you feel like you cant be with him because of his looks then don't keep him in the relationship.

hey I just started my period this month and I told my mom and everything but I am to embarrased to ask her when I can start using a tampon to go swimming so is it to soon to start useing tampons on your 2nd period?

Usually Girls wait atleast 6months before they start using tampons. If absolutely need to use a tampon then just ask your mom. Just tell her that you would like to use them to go swimming. Or you can do what i did and while you and your mom are in the store walk away from her and grab a box of tampons and stick them in the cart and when she goes to pay tell her you need them for swimming.

I am getting my hair cut and styled at a salon next week. I also want to dye my hair from a home kit.

Should I dye my hair, and then a few days later go to the salon for the cut, or should I go to the salon for the cut, and a few days later dye it at home?

Which is best, and what risks would I run if I don't do this properly - if any?

I asked my mom because she used to do it all the time. She said it doesnt matter which one you decide to do.

If you usually take two bottles of dye to get all your hair dyed then cutting it may cause you to use only one bottle. If thats the situation then yes you should cut it first. But if you usually only use One bottle of dye. then You can do it either way.

You didnt really give us any information . Like is your counselor a female or male. Get them something they like. Get them a coffee mug, box of choclates, If they like sports get them something that deals with the sport, Simply get them a card saying thank you.

I have some scabs and a rope burn that has scabbed over (not too big, about the size of 2 dimes) on my legs from a ropes course and sunburn on my shoulders from a water park. (it's pretty red and tender.) How can I make this stuff disappear ASAP before cheerleading practice starts next week? (At least the sunburn and rope burn) Help!

For the rope burn - Put neosporin on it the put a band-over it. this will helps it heal quicker.

For the Sunburn - Put aloe vera on it. You can buy this wherever they sell sunblock. Cvs, Walmart, target, etc...

when your at home wear loose shirts and no bra so you dont have anythig irritating the sunburn.

i mfrom the seattle area and we have like folklife and hempfest and bumbershoot and all that stuff and whenever i go then i always see a ton of people who smoke weed on the field and stuff just completely out in public. and i was wondering if anyone knew if they could get in trouble for that, or if its aloud since theres so many people doing it, the police cant really take control of it or something?

i believe the only reason they could get i trouble is if Your not aloud to be smoking on the field or if the people are under 18.

I dont live in seattle so i dnt know if the rules are different there.
