Bruise.
How can I give myself a bruise? This is a VERY important question. I hope it doesn't get deleted by the moderators. Don't ask why, but I REALLY need to know how to give myself a bruise.

Well if you cup your hand around your chin and sqeeze for like a minute then flick it really hard it gives you an instant bruise! its awsome but it hurts.....so maybe you can try that where ever you want a bruise...

Just like everyone else is saying giv your self a hicky but be careful about your teeth or the outline of your mouth will show up. Oh and if you start to taste blood stop or the bruise will not last as long. Hope this helps good luck k but do not get in trouble

I'm guessing you're asking this because you want to pin it on someone else that they are abusing you. Don't be an asshole. Seriously. It's a crime to file a report against someone for physically abusing you when they didn't

Okay..I won't tell you how to give yourself a bruise, and if you'd like you can rate me low, I don't care.
If you are giving yourself a bruise, I can only assume you intend to falsely accuse someone of abuse or assault. By doing so, that is a crime. If you are giving yourself a bruise so you can tell a "lie" thats wrong. In fact, I have this feeling you might be the girl who wants to have her stepdad thrown in jail. To be honest, I didn't believe that story anyway! If I am right, then I suggest that you get help. If I am wrong, Oh well...but I read between the lines very well, so I highly doubt I am wrong.

A bruise is when you are bleeding inside, but your skin isn't broken. So If you hit yourself in the same spot a lot, you will get a bruise.

Give yourself a hickey till it turns purple, or hit yourself in the same spot over and over again.

A hickey is a bruise, so if you suck on your skin in a believable manner, it could look like a bruise that came from an injury

why would you want to do that to yourself?
Well you can have a friend punch you very hard, Or you can run into a door, fall down the stairs.
