No... I think ALL my friends I had through high school were never in my classes. There's always lunch, in between classes, after school, & weekends.

no. during highschool i was hardly ever in my friends classes and ive graduatd and still have the same friends and then some. you can still talk on the phone and hang out.

It's actually better. I don't have classes with a lot of my good friends, but I get a chance to make new ones and still continue to hang out with the ones I've made before.

it doesnt necessarily mean you wont be friends, but you guys may drift slowly apart. to be able to stay friends, invite them over to your house occasionally or to the meovies

Just because your not in there classes doesnt mean anything. Classes are meant to be quiet and a place for you to be learning not socializing with your friends. Theres plenty of other time that you will get to hang out and see your friends. You have between classes, after school. and weekends to hangout.

Of Course not. Just because you arent with your friend, that does not mean that you guys still cant be together. You probably will be learning the same topics so you can spend time studying and doing homework, be with eachother at lunch and on weekends. It is not the end trust me. my best friend and i went thru it to.

Although it is hard to maintain friendships wihtout seeing them at school, I've been able to hold on to many of my strong friendships. As long as you talk outside of school and hang out outside of school, it shouldn't be too hard. What me and my friends did is we went to school like ten or more minutes early and sat by our lockers and chatted.
My best friend and I have had no classes together, but still are very close and best friends. Sure, you may lose some friendships, but so will everyone during highschool. I'm sure the meaningful and strong ones will stay.

no it doesnt. it just means you wont see each other as much in school. if you become a little distant theres always the phone, aim, myspace, xangas, stuff like that so you can still talk
