Q: Some background information before I start: I'm in high school. My boyfriend just graduated high school. We have a fairly strong relationship and plan on living together as soon as we both finish college. He's had one other serious girlfriend, who he dated for 3 years. He loved her but went too far one night with another friend of his. Though he was completely honest about it with her and they tried to repair their relationship, the damage was done, and they broke up. He met me soon after, and our relationship began.
Even though I know we truly love each other, I can't help but think that I'm only second best in his heart. He has conflicting feelings about his ex-girlfriend still, after all of this time with me. He says that he can't stand her anymore and wouldn't talk to her if he saw her, but it's clear to me that somewhere inside, he still loves her.
This is where the problem begins. They're going to college together. The chance that they would see each other is very high, and knowing the type of person my boyfriend is (the type who likes problems resolved and who can't forget problems), he would talk to her. I know he wouldn't plan to do anything with her and that if anything did happen, he would tell me straight away. But I'm scared that it will happen, and that he'll choose her over me. I would be truly heartbroken if I lost him.
I'm scared to talk to him about this because I'm afraid of the truth, hearing what I don't want to be true.
What do you make of this situation?

Personally, i do not think you have a thing to worry about. You need to be confident that he loves you with all his heart and everything will be okay, never doubt that until he gives you a reason. He is a grown up, if he wants to talk to his ex he can, he is not doing anything wrong. Just because they talk does not mean he is cheating on you, just let it be. He might just want to mend the fences with her so he can get some closure and have a stronger relationship with you, thats not a bad thing at all. Try not to over analyze it, and when you do just think to your self that HE LOVES YOU, he picked you, and he is yours now. forever and always.

well if hes older than you he most likely will want to kiss you at some point in your relationship.He will definatly give you signs before he leans in for a kiss like saying things literally like kiss me. he will grab your chin and grab you closer, he might also give you a peck on the cheek when you guys say good bye . as far as how to kiss is very layed back to think to much about it or else it will be uncomfortable. Follow what his lips and tilt your head with your eyes closed. if he wants to make out he will slip his tongue in and if you dont want to just pull away he will appreciate it in the end. if you want to go for it just open your mouth bigger and massage his tongue with yours. hoped i help

I actually got a great pair of skinny jeans at abercrombie that were less than 50$. They fit relaly confortably, but depending on your shape you might have to take them in in the lower calf/ankle area so they give the full skinny jean effect!

Q: 14/f. my mom always told me that it is better for your skin if you don't wear foundation, or any makeup on your skin. so in the summer i dont wear foundation. but normally for school i would wear foundation everyday because i have oily skin, i get a few pimples, and my skintone is uneven (my cheecks are redder then the rest of my face).
is there any foundation out there that you have PERSONALY used and like that won't make me break out, and isn't bad for your skin, and won't clog my pores. i want something that i can buy at CVS, that isn't too expensice, like around $5.
oh and don't tell me to buy the maybelline matte mousse foundation, because i don't like that stuff, i feel like it is too heavy.

My skin sounds just like yours, I have oily skin and I find that maybelline foundation(not the mousse) but their new brand caled pure make up works great! It has mostly water in it and absoloutly new oils. It also comes in a variety of skintones so you wont look like a clown. It sounds like you break out a lot. Try using pro activ it has helped me alot a lond with a new product/machine think that is 273$ called Zeno. It uses heat to zap that bacteria in the pimple away and if used three times daily, it will be gone by the next day. Also the neutragena 8 hour acne solution works well, along with their products.

Okay well if you want your lashes to look long and not dark ( this might sound weird) you can use brow gell stuff that comes in a mascara looking way. If you need regular mascara revlon has some good ones as well as the high end things. A great place for you to look at is nordstroms.

i really want to start straightening my hair. i already know which straughtener im getting..my friend has it. its a conair ceramic one with 30 heat settings on it. is that a good one to get?? would that damage my hair if i use it every day?? and if it would, how can i make it not?

OMG you are alot like me. My hair is wavy and I always straghten. I have alot of hair straighteners so i think you could trust me on my advice! I have a ceramic one two and lots of others. THat is a great one to purchase! If you use it everyday make sure your hair is clean and you use a resaonable amount of conditionar. ALso after it dries try and use Philip B. or Bumble and Bumble leave in conditionar or any type of heat resistant or conditionor to help prevent damaging your hair.

Q: Back when I was a senior in highschool I was really unpopular and I had a crush on one of the most popular guys. Q: Ok. This might be a bit long but please, read.
Since I was so stupid, I decided to SHAVE my eyebrows instead of plucking. So now I'm stuck with little hairs poking around my eyebrows. Then I continued to shave the little hairs and it just looks terrible. So then I started plucking the little hairs like I was supposed to. But my question(s) are these:
How can I make it so it doesn't hurt so badly?
And, when I shaved them, I did them totally wrong and small and they gah. It's just so bad.
How can I get them to look good and thin?

Never shave your eyebrows. But that is okay you didnt know that and you learned from your flaw. When plucking eyebrows it will hurt. I find if you take a warm towel and lay it on your eyebrow for a little before it will help. Also a great way is to have one hand press on the root of a hair while the other hand plucks that hair. It works for me I hope it works for you.

Q: In the past, my best friend, used to ditch me alot. We had a big discussion on it. I said how it really hurt my feelings & all this stuff. So then she told me, she didn't mean to do it, & she was very sorry, & would never do it again. She promised & everything.
Then, just yesterday, she did it.
I went to this beach, like I don't know a week or two ago? & thats basically, all I've been talking about. & I kept saying I'm gonna invite you ok? & shes like ok, I can't wait. So I was all excited right? & then I'm like.. "I think were gonna go down there tomorrow. I was wondering if you can go?" & shes like "Yeah!" & so then.. around 6ish that day, I went to the park with my family & got ice cream. So, when I get back, shes all.. I can't go with you tomorrow, I'm sleeping over Kahlies house. & I got really really reallly really mad & upset. Because, I've been looking forward to it, for forever. So, since I was so angry, I just blurted out, I don't wanna talk to you anymore. & like stuff about being her best friend. So, then when she got to Kahlies shes all.. "Well, I can't believe your doing this when Kyle is about to dump me!" & then I just signed off. Because, I got mad.. that shes more worried about her boyfriendm, then losing her best friend? So yeah, I don't know what to do. I acted like I didn't care anymore, because I was tired, & wanted to go to bed.
What should I do? Should I continue to be mad at her? Or should I just forget about it.. & forgive her? I'm just upset, & need some advice. ASAP.

HI good question. First of all I just want to let you know that it was great that you stood up to her and told her the truth about your feelings. I had trouble with that a couple years ago too. If she keeps on ditching you are going to have to get used to it and realize she probably is not going to be as loyal to you as you would like. As far as the boyfriend thing, to me it sound like she is more in to boys and relationships then you. ( no offense ) I am more into friends to. If she is more worried about her boyfriend you should talk to her about her boyfriend and comfort her if he does break up with her. I think you should talk to her again and hopefully it will smooth things up a bit. But do let her know that you will be there for her if she ever needs you during bad relationships. If you love her as much as it sounds, you should not stay mad at her, but you should not just forget about it.

First of all you should never be worried about your looks. Always be confortable in your own skin. Some girls get obsessed with their looks during their ( change ) becasue other girls advance faster. Dont worry about it you should just believe in your self. But if you really need a straight answer some girls start in thier teen age years but it varies.
