i mfrom the seattle area and we have like folklife and hempfest and bumbershoot and all that stuff and whenever i go then i always see a ton of people who smoke weed on the field and stuff just completely out in public. and i was wondering if anyone knew if they could get in trouble for that, or if its aloud since theres so many people doing it, the police cant really take control of it or something?

I mean if someone is not acting out disorderly, or driving a car under the influance of drugs..why bother with a little bit of pot used for recreation when someone is selling Meth down the street? They have to 'triage' their priorities due to limited resources, and apparently unless something gets out of hand this is not a priority. [ Nallie's advice column | Ask Nallie A Question ]
