Long story short, I'm from Los Angeles, went to an amazing school, left the US and moved to the Middle East. I've been backpacking around Europe and the Middle East on and off since August 2013. Would you like to converse? Here's my Forum
Quite frankly, I'm sarcastic way more than I should be. Read a few of my answers, and you'll see that I am not totally mean to anyone.
Type correctly or go home. Yes, that is an ultimatum.

I got the biggest foam rollers I could find...
They're goody. theyre pink.
well at least theyre the biggest ones at rite aid that actually work.
and (i already have curly hair, i was trying to loosen em)
when i wake up in the morning
my hair is really curly
do i brush it out? i dont wanna brush out the curls,
but honestly, really curly hair makes me look slutty.
its hard to explain. like dreadlocks. but not.
what do i do the morning after? (=])
If you brush them, they will get big.
I actually love taking a cool blow dryer and pointing it back like the wind on my face and just letting the curls loosen that way.
It should look like your hair is on a bike racing through the wind. :]
What products have taxes? I'm so ticked off at that because when there's a price I think that's what I pay so I'd bring that exact amount next time and then turns out there's a little more for the tax and I get so embarrased in public.
And when you tell me which ones do, can you tell me how much? Like some might have gst and some have pst but I don't know how much is it for each. I live in Canada if that helps.
And does anyone know WHY there are taxes on those? Things are expensive already! All I know is that candy has tax
In America, goods have taxes and services don't. I don't know if that carries over.
I know this doesn't help much, so might I suggest Google?
It's supposed to set rhinestones on to pieces of clothing. How does it work? Does it staple it, or glue it, or what? How well to the rhinestones stay on?
I have a pair of red leather heels. If I bought the BeDazzler and BeDazzled on loads of red rhinestones to make Ruby Slippers, would it work?
It pierces the fabric and affixes them. the insides are sharp, so your feet would get all cut up.
Your best bet would be to either glue on phinestones, or to sew on sequins.
well you know how you americans brag about how you live in a democracy and what not, how come the native american indians aren't allowed to vote??
Many Native American (Columbus accidentally called the Indians, which they are NOT) reservations are separate from the US.
For example, in some reservations in CA, there are different laws. For example, speed limits may be higher and seatbelts may/may not be required.
This also has to do with "Indian Gaming," or casinos located on reservations.
Seeing as the land is separate, Native Americans are not automatically citizens of the US (it's weird, though, since they don't need a passport to leave their reservation and few, if any, reservations have airports or are by an ocean), and therefore are not allowed to vote.
Puerto Ricans and people from Guam also cannot vote.
ever since Sanjaya was voted off the show i've been wanting to get into contact with him so badd. does anyone know his email address or something? thanks so much!

Does anyone know a website where I can find a blank pro-con worksheet I can print out and use.
Keyword: Blank
We use them all the time in History and Language and I'm tired of drawing them.
Thank-you so so much!
Just make one yourself on Word and Xerox a bunch of copies.
As opposed to someone who is called two-dimensional, what’s a 3d person? And what is 2d and 1d or is there only 3d and 2d? (not computer graphics or videogames related)
In general, something that is:
1d is a line,
2d is a flat shape,
3d is something that has depth.
In the sense of people there are only 2d and 3d. Someone that is 2d is tacitun, reticent, and apathetic. Someone who is 3d is capricious, vivacious, and lively.
Hi all, this is yg. I consider this a question, I am also kind of looking for opinions. I am asking here instead of the mod forum because I'd like answers from those who are mods, and those who may not be yet. There is no right or wrong answer, so please, honest opinions only.
In the last month and a half this question, or a version of this question has come up and it bothers me. 'How can I hide that I have been on advicenators?' I assume it was meant from parents.
I would like to know if others have this problem.
Do you have to hide that you use the site?
If so why?
What do you think would make it acceptable to your parents?
Would you be embarrassed for your parents to see the site?
If so is it because of questions asked?
Questions you've asked? Or just the questions in general?
Answers given?
YOUR answers given, or just everyones answers?
Has anyone, besides myself, (who talked to both my kids about it), Talked to their parents about BECOMING an advicenator?
I think it is a great way to initiate conversation
about topics you may be embarrassed to discuss with a parent about yourself. I wonder if anyone has done that?
I think I have plagued you with enough questions for now. Thank you! :)yg
Do you have to hide that you use the site?
If so why?
No, but I'm not really open about it.
What do you think would make it acceptable to your parents?
Nothing on the internet will ever be completely acceptable...especially if it has a password.
Would you be embarrassed for your parents to see the site?
Absolutely.
If so is it because of questions asked?
Questions you've asked? Or just the questions in general?
Questions asked. My parents don't know I know as much as I do.

YOUR answers given, or just everyones answers?
Everyone's. including mine.
Has anyone, besides myself, (who talked to both my kids about it), Talked to their parents about BECOMING an advicenator?
No. It's none of their business.

Noooo.
how do you add those playlists on myspace??

So i got my hair permantly straightened and now i leave it down all the time and it bores me to death.
i tryed to bobby pin my bangs like big how everyone does but i part my hair and you can see like a line of no hair, i dont know if that makes sense of whatever. but i dont know what to do!
and how do girls get their hair so big from the top and so thin and straight from the bottom, can i do that?
my hair is
color: dark brown
length: up to boobs
cut/style: "bangs" up to my chin ( cuz i wanna tie it up with out anything falling down, it will bother me) and like layers
any step by step instructions that arent too difficult?
websites are fine, but i like it if its in your own experience
can i still curl my hair?
scrunch it?
To get the pouf, you need to tease your hair and get it wet and WHILE IT'S WET spray it with hairspray (and brush this part of your hair, so the hairspray is worked in). Then, tease it some more and twist it once to pin it.
is it rude to ask for a 20 dollar fee to enter a teen club for a birthday party? keep in mind that i'm puting on the inviattion dont bring gifts. and the 20 dollars goes towards entrance fee, cake, and soft drinks? cause my parents are divorced and my party is 20$ per person and i have 30 people coming. so is that rude? or does anybody have ideas on how to raise money quick?
thanxs

ok so i really want to learn the proper techniques for singing but i cant afford lessons. My parents wont pay for them either because were on a tight budget. Does anyone have any tips or sites that can help me out thanks i appreciated!
I actually made a website. The link is on my column.
I've been classically trained for about 5 years now. :]
I want to be a vocal coach/ teacher, so let me know via my column, AIM, or e-mail if you need further assistance.
:]
I just bought new shoes for my choir program (we're going to New York) and my director told us today that our shoes are not allowed to clunk, mine do. Is there anyway to make the heels not make noises, or am i totally screwed and need to go buy new shoes?
It's the way you're walking.
I don't know how to fix it, but I have had the same problem. It kind of resolved on its own for me.
I dance in heels, so I totally get that they can't make noise.
i read your answer to a GPA question, and now i have a question.
i was wondering if you could tell me how this might work at my school.
we have regular, advanced, gifted and AP classes. from what weve been told, taking an advanced class [and i guess gifted too but not completely sure] adds 5 points to your gpa, and AP adds 10. but thats all i know, so do you know how i could figure out my GPA?
You guys have a weird system.
Ask your counselor.
im really confused is a 4.0 like perfect gpa and then 5.0 if you are taking honors or is 5.0 perfect and 6.0 is if you are taking honors?
or does it depend on the school?
Heather is an idiot.
What happens is that each grade is given a point value:
A-4
B-3
C-2
D-1
F-0
But, if you are taking an AP or IB (or at some schools, Honors) course, they bump up all of the point values.
A-5
B-4
C-3
D-2
F-1
To find your GPA, you add up all of your scores and divide them by the number of classes you're taking.
Let's use my schedule, but ot necessarily my grades.
Student Council- A
Honors English- A
AP European History- A
Choir- A
Pre-Calculus-A
Honors Chemistry-A
Spanish 2- A
Honors classes are weighted like regular classes at my school.
So, to find the average, we'd add:
4+4+5+4+4+4+4 = 29
29 divided by 7 is 4.14.
Let's say I was taking these courses:
AP English
AP Government
AP Economics
AP Music Theory
AP Calculus
AP Chemistry
AP Spanish
And I had As in all of them.
5+5+5+5+5+5+5= 35
35/7 = 5
So, in that case, your GPA would be at the highest it could be, a 5.0.
whats that cartoon mouse called, it might be an old version of micky mose, but, the one i saw had like a long snout. so if someone cld telll me the name of the mouse and send mee a link to the picture it'd be great
Mighty Mouse. My math teacher is obsessed. He even has a tattoo of him.
i'm just wondering...
oh and 2 read the messages , do you have 2 sign in 2 myspace? and is there any way 2 stop myspace from always sending you e-mails when you have a new comment or message???
and the most important question..... l o l
is there any way on myspace 2 find out if a person read the message you send her/him?
thank you sooo much!!!!!
Yes, you have to sign in. Otherwise anyone could read anyone else's mail.
Yes, you can turn it off in Account Settings.
Yes, look in your sent outbox.
Okay heres the deal. i can do a front handspring and a round off and a back bend. and on the trampoline i can also do in addition to that a front tuck and front flip. i cant do a back handspring but i can do a back bend. does anyone have any advice on how to do this without going to a class? p.s. i'm also going to get gymnastics mats and the trampoline has a net around it. i am 14
A front flip and a front tuck are the same exact thing.
Practice jumping back onto your hands.
I'd suggest having a spotter to help you make it over from there.
They are very hard to do without a class.
Do it on the tranpoline.
okay.. well i really like this guy & i'm really looking for his sn.
1.) is there a database of evvveryone's sn?! like i know you can go to my aim - find a buddy - yaadaa but like is there a website of some sort
2.) if i just flat out asked, "does anyone from ____, ____, USA know ___ ___________'s screen name from ______ middle / high school," would i get banned / would my question get deleted?
thanks!
Most likely yes. Not only is it not advice, but, honestly, waht are the odds?
so tyrie gets arrested for peeing on the street, uh why? thats pretty weird
Civil misconduct and such.
Probably public intoxication, too.
