okay.. well i really like this guy & i'm really looking for his sn.
1.) is there a database of evvveryone's sn?! like i know you can go to my aim - find a buddy - yaadaa but like is there a website of some sort
2.) if i just flat out asked, "does anyone from ____, ____, USA know ___ ___________'s screen name from ______ middle / high school," would i get banned / would my question get deleted?

While Advicenators offers a Search page ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)), the option of searching by screen name is nonexistant. The best thing I could suggest to you would be typing in any personal facts you may know about them (such as their screen name, high school or real name) under "Bio keyword" and seeing what you come up with.
As for your second question. I'm not sure if it would necessarily be removed from the site by a higher moderator, but it would be rated down and automatically removed fairly quickly. And as someone below me said, the odds would be slim to none, anyhow.
