what does it mean when a computer hibernates?
The computer saves all your settings and remembers what pages you have open and what's in those pages and then shuts off. When it is turned back on it re-displays all the windows you had open with all the text in it. So if you have internet explorer open to google and hibernate the computer, when you turn it on again internet explorer open to google will open up immediately.

Firefox is better than internet explorer and contains no viruses, but it will not allow you to see private profiles. Nothing short of hacking into their account will allow you to see their profile, it's impossible and you're bound to get a virus looking for a way.

My big toe is broken. Plain and simple, it is definitely broken, please trust me. I haven't told my parents about this, because I am afraid to go to the doctor. It's been broken for about two weeks now. It feels like it hurts more and more everyday. Which might make sense, because since no one knows it's broken.. I am always the one having to go up and down the stairs for everyone and driving everyone everywhere. I never get to rest it. And it's disgustingly swollen. I just hide it like nothing is wrong, and no one would ever know. I just can't do it anymore. It hurts. So my question is, can anyone tell me what might happen if I go to the doctors? X-Ray? Height/weight? Think I might get a cast? Crutches? I am seriously very frightened. For the past two weeks I've felt like I'd rather live with this pain rather than face the music at the doctors. And another thing, is there any possibility the doctors might tell me it's best to leave it alone and stay off of it as much as possible? Could it "heal" on it's own? If I keep my mouth shut about it, will the pain eventually fade on it's own? What would be my consequences by not taking care of it in a proper medical fashion? Finally, I am over 18 years, and we don't have any sort of health insurance. How much would it presumably cost to take care of? Anything you can give me is more than I already have, so thank you so very much!!
They will very likely just tell you to stay off of it. If it's sticking out sideways really bad they might have to put it back into place. They might do x-rays. Bones heal on their own. It will permanently heal into the position it's in, though, and if the position is an odd one it could hurt for the rest of your life.

oh god someone please help! I downloaded this font but it didn't officially download because my Winzip won't open because my trial is over and that it wasn't a True Type font.
I went to my Font folder to find it and delete it but it wasn't there (probably because it's a winzip file or something and not a True Type like every other fonts).
I searched for it and it found it but when I highlighted it and clicked delete it said Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk.
So now I can't remove it and I can't find where my Winzip is saved to see if it's saved in there! And if there's junk on my computer that I dont' need ym computer's going to get busted! Sorry that it's long but please help me I'm realyl worried!
Having loose files will not ruin your computer, don't worry about it. If you really want to delete it, find the file you downloaded. Not the font inside it, the actual downloaded file. Just delete that and re-download it. If you get the "cannot delete file" error, then the file doesn't actually exist, it just looks like it. Next time you download it, use 7-zip, which is like winzip, but free:

If the ICONS on your desktop are NOT showing, then:
-press ctrl+alt+del
-go to the processes tab
-select explorer.exe(if explorer.exe is not in list, just skip this step)
-press end process, and then yes
-go to file>new task
-type in explorer.exe and then press ok
-the desktop and start menu should now show
If the ICONS on your desktop ARE showing, then:
-move your mouse to the very bottom of the screen
-hold down the left mouse button, and move the mouse up

My USB key has become write protected so I can’t save anything else to it or change what is on it. I can’t seem to figure how to take the write protection off. Anyone know?
Some have a write protect switch on it, make sure that's turned off. Other than that, the write protection is built right into the circuitry and it's almost impossible to take it off. Send me a private question with it's brand name and model and I might be able to help further.

go to tools>internet options>security tab>custom level button. Then scroll all the way to the bottom of the list, to scripting. Press the "enable" radio button for "active scripting", "allow paste operations via script" and "scripting of java applets". If that doesn't work then you need the latest version of adobe flash player, which can be downloaded here:

hey um i have an advice column on here, and im trying to download sum pics to my profile. but when ever i try to upload a pic, it says that the pic cant b uploaded cause the size is greater than 15k, i have tried many times to crop the pic and make it smaller but it still wont let me upload it. how do i do it?

Um I forgot which site but one time on a marquee font it said the name of the music, PLAY, STOP, PAUSE and if you clicked it, it'll do what you clicked. Does anyone know the code for it? Because I like the face that I don't need a player to stick it on and that you can just pause it. And that if you play it on a player, people can steal your songs.
You can't play music without a player; the site probably had a very small quicktime player hidden somewhere on the page. You can see the page's source code by right clicking and clicking "show source". The myspace code will be similar to the code it shows you.
