whenever i wanna see a video it says:
Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or
an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player.


and sometimes it shows videos and sometimes it shows that and i think my JavaScript is turned off.. how do i turn it back on?

go to tools>internet options>security tab>custom level button. Then scroll all the way to the bottom of the list, to scripting. Press the "enable" radio button for "active scripting", "allow paste operations via script" and "scripting of java applets". If that doesn't work then you need the latest version of adobe flash player, which can be downloaded here:
