No, this is definitely not recommended. She should at least be eighteen-years-old. Here's a statement from Slim Fast: "We do not recommend the Slim·Fast Plan for weight loss for anyone under 18 years of age. However, Slim·Fast can certainly be enjoyed by children as a healthy snack, as an addition to a meal, or as a healthy drink. Your children might enjoy our new Slim·Fast ice cream and Fudge Bars as a healthy treat."

No, slim fast is for any age and controls hunger. If she is very skinny then she shouldn't be drinking slim fast. People who are dieting or watching their weight. 12 might be a litttle young but if shes overweight then it could be okay.

Hope I helped!

Slimfast is formulated for adults to use as a diet supplement.

A 12 year old should go on a diet consisting of healthy eating and exercising habits.

I would shoot myself in the foot before giving Slimfast to a 12 year old child.

Slimfast is just a bunch of vitamins in milk. It doesn't contain any medicine of any kind. It's usually said that children shouldn't go on diets, so it might not be best, but it won't poison her or anything.
