My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

My girls & I are very close - the 5 of us have been best friends since like, 2nd grade and now we're in 9th. I'm the only one of my friends that has ever had like , a relationship lasting more than a week. Anyways, the four of them have their fun times - they all hung out while I went to homecoming - and they STILL talk about how much fun it was. For Halloween, I was supposed to go with two of them, and the other two were going together - then I realized I had a test the next day, so about a week before Halloween I decided I should stay home and study, and Ryan assumed I was going with him and the kids in his neighborhood that we're friends with. So, I just decided to go with him, and only go for about an hour and a half so I'd still have time to study. They STILL always talk about that, too! They all complain that he's all I talk abuot, when really he's not, and that I spend too much time with him, when I hardly ever hang out with him! After one of my classes, my friends & I have the next period together so we'd meet up and walk together, and now that we're going out, I stop and wait for 2 seconds (literally) for Ryan, and they get mad & say I "ditch them." Meanwhile, every morning, the 5 of us aretogether for about 15 minutes, and I don't even see him, and at the end of the day, we're always together too! I know it's always best friends before boyfriends, but they don't understand that I have a boyfriend now and that I wanna spend some time with him too! What do I do, no one understands me, and they all seem to be discluding me lately. I was thinking about breaking up with him, but I like him so much & I know he feels the same way.

I understand how you feel though. Sometimes even though you have best friends, they don't always understand exactly what you are trying to proove to them. The only thing and the best thing to do is actaully talk to them. Tell them exactly what you just said to me. Talk to them very calmly and explain to them everything. I know that friends always come before guys, but don't break up with him. It's not worth it. Just because your friends don't really understand this right now, you might regret it. When you guys are all together, talk to them and explain exactly what's going on. Say everything that is on your mind.

What style of sunglasses are in style right now? I've googled and nothing came up. Are big square frames or aviators better for a petite brunetter? Black or white? Thanks so much!!

This whole year over sized sunglasses have been in. Whatever looks good on you wear it. Blacks and browns are in, but if I were you I'd wear white. That's also in.

So I go to a very small junior/senior high school. I have about 45 kids in my class half of which are guys. Well yeah most of the girls are pretty and stuff and a few bright guys decided to make a list of the hottest girls. Some how I ended right up there at #1. There's really not much to help you with. You shouldn't be worrying. Being hot means that they think you look good or saying you're pretty. You should be happy. The creeps won't do anything, just let them think whatever they want. ♥

If he does ask you out and if you like him then say yes. Just because he isn't the most popular doesn't mean anything. If people like him for who he is that's great and if that matteters to you then just go out with him.

Thighs-

Squats:

a girl in my grade named anne, whom i know (I am friendly with her, but not really friends) told a friend of mine (elle) about these pants, and then elle told me about them. i went to the store & i really like the pants. they are very distinct jeans with flowers all over them. i really want them, but anne has them already. would it be bad for me to get these jeans? anne isn't in any of my classes, and she's a nice girl, but i still don't know if it's okay (I AM NOT GOING TO ASK HER). i see her on occasion at the end of the day. these aren't just any pants, they are very cool with flowers down the leg & on the butt. do you think anne would get mad? do you think elle would be like "you bought those pants after i told you where they are from & anne already has them!" do you think anyone would be mad or do you think it's okay to buy the pants? THEY ARE SO COOL!

Why would they be mad? I mean they're just really cool jeans. Since Anne is a nice girl, I don't think she would mind. Plus, it's not like she made the jeans and no one else is allowed to have them but her. If she does get mad then she is being immature. I also don't think Elle would be mad because if she is your friend she wouldn't say anything to you about it. The only thing matters is if you like the jeans, go ahead and get them. People won't be mad, it's just your personal taste.

Occasionally I'll just catch a 'glimpse' of a girls chest when I'm talking to her, sometimes they notice, sometimes they don't. Do you think its rude or offensive? Okay I'm 14 and I have a boyfriend named, austin, and i havent seen him in 2 weeks, and i only see him like once a week and his parents are really stricked, so we never hang out! But one time i went to the mall and at the ice cream store [Haagen Daz] there was this boy that worked there and we made complete eye contact for at least a minute and i feel like [dont laugh] but it felt like Love at first sight, it might sound stupied, but its true and i thought he was gorgeous, and now whenever i go to the mall i always hope he is there and i never think about austin, and like then before i was going out with austin [ he asked me out on November 8th ] i was at this Corona Highschool football game [ i dont go to high school i just went to the games] and i was sitting with my good friends patrick, larry, matt and jen and then they kept spilling water everywhere and knowing me i forgot and i went to sit next to jen and i slipped and i fell on someone and when i went to look it was the ice cream guy, and i just melted cause he was so pretty! WE just looked at each other the whole game after that, and i dont know what i should do, cause ive never talked to him so should i talk to him or not or just forget about him but then i dont know what to do about Austin, i dont know if i like him anymore but if i hang out with him then ill like him but if i break up with him then it will just be plan weird and he'll hate me?

Wow, you should defenetlly talk to this guy. You seem like you would really like him once you got to know him. Whenever you see him just talk to him and flirt and see if you really like him. It's not really fair to Austin, but if you are loosing interest in him then break up with him. He won't hate you, but you guys could be friends. You also don't have to break up with him, but try to figure out what you really want. Get to know the other guy before doing anything else.

I don't know how I did it, but all you have to do is be friendly, answer a lot of questions and have a good column. Leave people inbox questions and add people as favorites. Your column will get noticed quicker.

okay. i need help. Aw, you shouldn't cry over him. You deserve much better than that. I understand how it's like when you love someone but you can't really just stop. To me it seems like he doesn't really know what he wants. He just wants all these girls and I don't think he really likes if he is just going out with them after you guys broke up. He is basiclly just messing with your head and not telling you what's going on. When you talk to him ask him to stop playing games. He needs to tell you straight up if he likes you or not and if he does then why is he going out with your best friends. If he keeps doing this to you, move on. Even though you love him, he doesn't deserve you and you need someone who won't bull sh*t you. Don't cry over him, he's not worth your tears. ♥

It depends on the guy. Most guy like it shaved but with a strip of hair going down. It might seem gross, but it's a big turn on for them. I think you should do whatever you want though.

I have use pads ever since I first got my period and I have never even thought about using a tampon. I think I want to try them, but I have heard very bad things about them. I heard they hurt when you put it in, and that they can give you diseases. I am really confused on what to do. Should i just stick to pads?

Tampons are nothing to worry about. They don't hurt when you put them in but if you put it in wrong, it might. A lot of people are different so they have different views on them. You can't really get a disease from tampons, but you can get TSS ( Toxic Shock Syndorme ) That can only happen if you leave it in for way to long. Change them about every 3-4 hours. Pads can be alright, but tampons are better. You can do pretty much anything and they are comftrable too.
