She can take Midol, which will get rid of the cramps. She can take a heating pad and put it where the cramps are or she can take a hot bath. There are other ways too but those are just ones that will help.

My friend admitted to me that she has a slight bulemic problem. The thing is.. she asked me not to tell. I looked online and found some symptoms/side effects and such of bulemia and i noticed she's been showing a few of those.. so i believe her that she has a problem. I just don't know what to do! Well, if you see her getting worse, than you should tell someone. Bulemia is probably one of the worst eat disorders because when your friend throws up, the acids from her stomach ruin her esophagus. You need to be there for her and try telling her what bulemia will do to her. She probably already knows but you should explain all the effects and such. If she makes herself throw up when she's moody, try making her stay in a good mood. Just be there for her and show her that you care for her. You could always talk to a guidance counselor and ask what you could do about this for a friend. You don't even need to mention your friend's name. I've never had bulemia but I was pretty close to becoming anorexic and my friends were there for me and told me that I should eat and so on. Good luck with everything.

This happened to me when I wanted to watch a movie through my brother's Play Station 2 and the password is all 0's, I think it's 0000 or how many numbers you are supposed to use. Just ignore the level thing and enter the code.

To put a picture on your column, you need to get the URL of it by right clicking on it and copying the URL in the "Properties." Then, go to your Profile Settings and paste it in the "URL of a picture of you" section and then hit submit. Or you can save the picture you want to your computer and then hit browse in your Profile Settings and upload it that way.

i use soft and dri gel and 1. it doesn't seem to work very much cuz i still have these sweat circles under my arms on my shirt 2. it doesn't really dry quickly so whenever i put my shirt on theres stains on it cuz it touched my armpits.. kinda embaressed to ask this buh does anybudy have any recommendations on like really strong deoderent and if not, wut i can do about the gel stains??

It's alright to be afraid that it's going to catch up to you because it is true. Your metabolism will eventually slow down and you will gain weight and if you don't watch what you eat, you will gain a lot of weight but you could always exercise and such, Anyways, yes, you are underweight because I'm 14, 5'4" 1/4, and I weigh 108 pounds and I'm about 20 pounds underweight but it's alright to be underweight. Your metabolism if your excuse. If you want to gain weight, you need to start intaking more calories and eating foods with lot of carbs and such. Just don't eat fatty foods a whole lot because you will gain weight in an unhealthy way.
