No, that is totally wrong that your dating your second cousin. Find someone else that's special to you or you like. But you shouldn't be dating your second cousin.

I've heard that if you date someone related to you the your kids are going to be messed up if you have kids but since he/she is your second cousin I don't think it matter but it would be kind of unusual because of trash talkers and your families.

Well, that would be called incest. Usually when relatives get married and have children there children have defects or are mentally challenged because of the mixture of genes that are similar. Hopefully your not planning on dating your cousin. That would be awkward making out with your cousin. But, if you want to then go ahead.

If you think about it, it really isn't okay, since this person is in your family now and it would be strange to date them but yes, it's okay to date a second cousin, since you two aren't actually related. It's up to you if you want to date them or not.
