PLAYSTATION HELP IMMEDIATLY!

ok im trying to put a dvd into my playstion. It said to put in my password for parent control. I dont know the password any help?? It also asked if i wanted to get to level 4??HELP!! ITS URGENT!

This happened to me when I wanted to watch a movie through my brother's Play Station 2 and the password is all 0's, I think it's 0000 or how many numbers you are supposed to use. Just ignore the level thing and enter the code.
