14/f i was wondering what people thought about nose piercings not a ring just alittle diamond stud..i got mine done awhile ago and i was wondering if people like them or not

My friend was going to get hers done, and we didn't know what is would look like, and of course, we did everything to stop her.
She got it done, and I really feel like it fits her personality, and it probably does too. So I like them, but of course, it wouldn't look good on me. I think nose rings are HITIOUS though. Please don't get one.

okay,
so im going to a music fesival in june, and i have to camp for approximatly a week. i am due to start my period half way through that week. so is there anyway that i can prevent my period just for that month? otherwise it will make things very difficult. or have i left it too late? (im from the UK)

any help is greatly appreciated.

There isn't any natural way to stop periods, its just a part of life. Birth control might help, but it might not. Ask your doctor.

15/f. Is it possible to be at such an early age?

1. I don't trust ANYONE. Not even my parents. Nobody understands. Nobody WANTS to understand. They don't want it to be their problem. They shrug it off. My parents make up excuses to not have to deal with me, since I'm at the *uncontrolled teen* stage of my life.
2. I cut myself
3. I don't talk to anyone. I'm antisocial, and I seem to hate everyone/everything.
4. I cry for no reason. I'm very sensitive and have gone through a lot of personal pain in my life. (getting raped).
5. My parents's pressure over school is KILLING me
6. I seem to have the need to be PERFECT at all times, and it's driving me CRAZY.
7. I think life is worthless. I think *I'M* worthless. I'm incredibly pessimistic.
8. I want to see a therapist and have had suicidal thoughts.
9. I have a really serious case of OCD.
10. Nobody in school like me. People reject me/ignore me, and never want to talk to me. I have absolutely NO friends. And the people that ARE supposedly my friends, have no trust from me. I believe they're there to just use me and screw me over. I don't consider them anyone towards me.
11. I have no one to talk to. Nobody to spill my feelings onto and have them help me.
There are many more *symptoms*. But I didn't want to make it too long. This is pretty much an outline of what is happening to me. Am I seriously depressed?

I am 13, and I suffer from bipoalr. And yeah, most kids aren't bipolar, but I am.
Of course you're not too young. You certainly sound like you sound depressed. Please go see a doctor, see a physcologist, but please, stop cutting yourself. I'm 15/f. I'd like to say I understand the people at my school but I can't. It seems as if all anyone cares about is getting drunk and having sex. It annoys me so much, I just don't understand why most of the girls seem like (in lack of a better word) sluts and all the guys are just pigs. My question is how do I put up with all of this when it's right in my face every day?

Ha, high school for you.
The sad thing is, you can't control other people, only you. The only thin you can do, even know its so difficult, is just ignore it, and don't do it.
Find better friends at differnt schools, and nicer guys somewhere else. Meet more people from differnt schools. I am in middle school, but my school is just the same way. I made differnt friends at other places. It's the way to go!

I was suppost to get my period Friday and it's Sunday and still hasn't come. Is this normal? I got my firt period during summer so is it still irregular? I usually get it every 28 days but it's late for some reason. Is this normal?

Of course it's normal.
Some periods can be irregular up to 3 years!

Whenever I wear a bathing suit my hair "down there" always shows (especially on my bikini line) so I have to wear boy shorts to cover it up. But is there anyway that I can stop it from showing besides shaving/waxing it all. (Oh and I dont want to use nair either) Thanks so much!!

By asking him, "Do you still like me?" Isn't sounded desperate what so ever. I ask guys that all the time. If you don't want to, just ask him "So, Who do you like these days?"

i submitted this question once already but it like didn't go through so i fixed it up a bit..

alright well..

one of my friends has very strict parents. so they were looking at her search history and found her myspace. they also found mine.

i'm not aloud to have a myspace. my parents made it very clear that if i had one, i'd be in deep trouble. i wouldnt be allowed on the computer for a long time and when i am allowed to my parents would watch my every move. so on AIM, i cant talk to anyone about private stuff.

i deleted my account already but i dont know what to do. my friends dad said hes going to tell my parents. her dad is going to say he saw it a few days ago so there's no hiding that i actually did have one.

i really don't know what to do. i don't want to get in trouble and loose my computer rights. last resort would be to come clean but i don't want to have to do that. i need to get out of this situation. i really need help, and FAST!! please, does anyone have any advice?

I honestly don;t understand some people these days.
When I was 11 years old, almost turning 12. { I know, very young.) My close friend, got a myspace. She told me how cool it was, so I said, MAKE ME ONE!

Back when I was 11 ( I am almost 14 now ) Myspace wasn't a big deal. People knew about it, but nobody really had one, and parents really didn't know about it.

Then when I was about 12 and a half, it started Piling on the news, kids getting raped, people getting kidnapped. My parents confronted me about it. "Do you have a myspace"? I said, no. Of course not.

About 2 weeks after that, I had a party over Christmas Break. Someone blurted the word Myspace, and my mom heard it. THe next day, she goes " I know you have a myspace" and demanded me to show it to her.

My heart beated so fast, I didn't know what I was going to do. There wasn't anything bad on my myspace. I didn't have where I live, didn't have even my age, my city, my country, my state. Only a cute picture of me reading a book on a couch. My mom went through it, and smiled. I wondered why. She told me how proud of me she was that I didn't have anything leading to something that could be dangerous. But she also told me how upset she was I didn't tell her, because it would have been alright if we went over some rules.


However, unfortunatly, you arn't in the same situation I was. Your parents already told you if you were found with one, you would be in big trouble.


You have two options. Tell your mom you had one yourself, or try and convince her how safe it was, then tell her you had one.

I would go with option 2. Myspace isn't dangerous. It's YOU that makes it dangerous. If you set it to private, and you don't put anything leading to your house, city, or whatever, YOU'RE FINE!! Show your parents this advienators page, it might help..

Oh hunny. Theres one thing you need to do. Is stop. Don't cut yourself anymore. Thats the first step. You need to think things over. Why are you doing this?
Cutting isn't going to help yourself any. It doesn't take away pain, and it doesn't do anything but leave scars on your wrists that never go away.
How would I know, right? I have cut before. I told one of my best friends and she starting crying and she wanted to get me help. Refer to some friends, or a close family member for help.

everythign on my ipod got deleted. my ipod froze. i plug it into itunes and it says its corrupted. why? what do i do?

Ew, that sucks.
Since all the files off your ipod are gone [ i am assuming. ] you have two options.

Did the songs save on your library? If so, you can get them back.
However, if they're not on your computer, and were only on the ipod, then you're out of luck, sorry!
