are eggs actually really high in cholesterol? i heard that they are (like 71% daily value) and i also heard that having one or two hardboiled eggs a day won't hurt you. does anyone know the real facts?

The yolk is really high in cholesterol, so you should keep your consumption of yolks down. The whites are a great source of protein, low in fat and cholesterol, and pretty tasty too, so you can eat those!

Im not sure about hard broiled eggs, but I read in a Health magazine that you should eat two eggs a day, but only one yoke. the white part is good.
