Hey! Well i have a question bout muh body,kinda bout it!i dunno. Right now i'm playing basketball, but i guess i bruise easily, not like a peach or wuteva, but like mostly if i fall i get a bruise! wut do i eat or take to make me stop bruising as much! This one time at practice i went to save a ball, N i hit a chair on muh Shin((sorry can't spell))N it looks like a baseball wuz thrown to me on muh leg! I don't like White milk, N i heard dat helps, but i can't stand it! so wut else can i do?I kno therre's a lot of smart ass out therre, but i want to play good N wutnot! so please don't try to be mean N stuff!
Now this part is bout bball...well i'm gaurd, mosly i take point! How do i show da coach dat i'm determine N not scared! I'm not scared of da ball i fu think dat, i'm aggressive N stuff, but like i guess he said i need to calm down when i have da ball. Well how can i control it! i want to be good N some ppl say i am but at the same time, it's seems to be a rude comment! i feel like an outkast on muh team! but how can we work as a team, dats like on eof da biggest problem. coach says dat therre is no"I" in team, but in this team dat's how it seems to be! well how can i change dat?!?! please help, thanx a bunch (link)

uh...the only thing i can think of is to stop running into things lol. but im the same way so if you do find something that helpes please let me know. sorry i couldnt really help you though.
and as for the bball thing...just try talking to your team and say you all have to play like a team if you want to win or something..

im the only child in my family, my mom got a miscarriage back in 1997, since then im the only target in my family of my mom's naggings. my dad is hardly at home, he works to get the income coming. i dont have a close social bond with my dad because of this, but i feel somehow mentally me and dad clicked. with mom, all she does is say something to pissed the heck outta me, i'll just go to my room, stay there forever till she wants to talk again. i duno why shes acting like such a a**, and whenever i have a problem i duno who to turn to but my bestfriend. otherwise its me sitting next to problems like these. my mom doesnt even bother to find out whats going on in my life, she doesnt act like she cares or wants to be included. she simply doesnt bother. she doesnt allow me to have a boyfriend, im not even allowed to TALK about guys infront of her. dun tell me to talk to her, she wouldnt listen to me. is there other ways that u could help me? much appreciated -Rei (link)

im an only child also, and i also get the nagging too. if you want to talk to me you can. i'll try to help you with your problem or i'll just be there to listen to. and how i get through the day...i just think i only have 3 more years until i can go away to college...one thats far away lol. maybe, if you can, talk to you dad about it and see if he can talk to your mom. hope i helped. and my sn and e-mail are in my column if you want to talk.

when i got mine on, they didnt really hurt me. theres just a little pressure but it doesnt last long. as to the money thing....i cant answer that one for you sorry.

I was wondering if you kept a journal? I do on my computer. If you do have a journal what do you write in it? Can you give me something out of your journal to give me an idea. If not that's ok. But if you can I would love it. But I think my journal is just plain boring. But please help if you can.

(15/f) As old as i am i'v never had a bf. I don't act myself around guys although i dont try 2 not. I juss always feel lyk im the uglyist person in the room or where ever and i keep quiet. I also have really low self esteem which could maybe be a reason why...i want a bf sumtimes but it almost seems like the impossible. sure, well try being around friends who make you feel good about youself. and im sure you're not the uglyist person in the room. if you start thinking better of youself then guys will notice you. try finding the thing you like most about youself. physical or not. like with me, for example, i like my eyes. so i started do do things to make them stand out more. and apearance isn't everything. im sure you're a great person to be around. as for acting like youself around guys, try hanging out with a friend (a girl) who will tell you when you're not being youself and maybe you'll start to be yourself more. you just have to like youself just the way you are. hope i helped. if you need anything else just ask.

(14/f) i have a hard time getting along with girls. i only have 3 really close friends that are girls and 2 of them are changing alot and i'm begining not to like how they are acting lately. the majority of my friends are boys. i really can't stand being friends with girls! they always find a way to piss me off and with my guy friends... they are so much more easy going! my friend amanda she's been my best friend for about 3 years and she's the same way as me so i guess that's why we get along. but is there something wrong with me that i don't like being around girls and i just like being around guys?? no there's nothing wrong with you. it just means that you're easy going and not everyone is. i dont get along with most girls, but some i do and others...well anyway its normal lol. hope i helped.

Hey. i have a huge problem. see my step cousin that actully has no blood relation to me is actully the perfect guy for me. he wants to be with me and i want to be with him, do you think that is incesed since there is no blood relation to us since it is all by marriage. i mean i really have always had feelings for him even b4 his mom and my uncle met. is it wronge to be in love with this guy please help. i dont think it would be that big of a deal. tell your family that you liked him even before you became related and since its not by blood then i dont see the problem.

Ok so like my parents are soo annoying and everything. Like I do love them and if they died or somethin i would probaly die too..but they bother me so much!Like they never let me go out adn they always wanna kno what I'm doin but I HATE IT..im only 13 but I have always been pretty responisible and they should be able to trust me...how do I get them off my back??plz help... thx!

well have some of your friends over and maybe your parents just want to get to know your friends so they know the type of people you're hanging out with. my parents did the same thing until i was 14. just keep sucking up to them and be sweet and they'll give in sooner or later. hope i helped.

my friends parents didnt save up money for her to go to college and they tell her that she cant live away from home and has to go to community college or the one nearby even tho she wants to go away - shes smart tho, like she gets good grades and stuff just not high enuf to get a large scholarship and i feel bad bcuz she doesnt have much options and i do ~ is there any way to help? well any scholarship is better then none. and she should talk to her parents about what she wants to do. its her education and it should be her choice as to where she wants to go. and just be there for her with whatever she choses. hope i helped.

i was insecure about my body too. but my bf kapt telling me and keeps telling me that he loves everything about me including every part of my body. he wont think that about you. and you should tell him you're a little nervous. he'll understand. and if he doesn't, then sorry hun but hes not the one you want to be losing your verginity to. hope i helped.

i like 2 guys...nathan and michael. I think i would have a better chance asking michael out, but i barely see him at school, and i like nathan more. i eat lunch with nathan and whatever other guys we decide to go talk to. we always have so much fun and we're always laughing. i've liked him longer than michael...and every time i think about him i get all tingly inside. i thought about him alot in 3rd period today, and i did it so much that the tingling began to hurt :). but....anyway...should i ask out michael or nathan?
