Hey! Well i have a question bout muh body,kinda bout it!i dunno. Right now i'm playing basketball, but i guess i bruise easily, not like a peach or wuteva, but like mostly if i fall i get a bruise! wut do i eat or take to make me stop bruising as much! This one time at practice i went to save a ball, N i hit a chair on muh Shin((sorry can't spell))N it looks like a baseball wuz thrown to me on muh leg! I don't like White milk, N i heard dat helps, but i can't stand it! so wut else can i do?I kno therre's a lot of smart ass out therre, but i want to play good N wutnot! so please don't try to be mean N stuff!
Now this part is bout bball...well i'm gaurd, mosly i take point! How do i show da coach dat i'm determine N not scared! I'm not scared of da ball i fu think dat, i'm aggressive N stuff, but like i guess he said i need to calm down when i have da ball. Well how can i control it! i want to be good N some ppl say i am but at the same time, it's seems to be a rude comment! i feel like an outkast on muh team! but how can we work as a team, dats like on eof da biggest problem. coach says dat therre is no"I" in team, but in this team dat's how it seems to be! well how can i change dat?!?! please help, thanx a bunch

uh...the only thing i can think of is to stop running into things lol. but im the same way so if you do find something that helpes please let me know. sorry i couldnt really help you though.
and as for the bball thing...just try talking to your team and say you all have to play like a team if you want to win or something.. ]
