hey, ive been in chorus for 6 years and I know a lot of warmups,
theres zingmama zingamama zingamama zing zing zing and you go faster and faster
or do re mi fa so la ti do ti la so fa me re do
and then keep going faster with that
any way you can use those notes really.
my chorus teacher in middle school use to play the apples and bananas song from barney if u kno that =]
just use good diction while singing and project your voice

Earlier today i went to the orthodontist and got my braces changed and now they are extremely sore and i can't stand it i've taken medicine and everything but it didn't help...I need your advice on how to make them stop!...they hurt so bad ive cried my eyes out over them!..thanks in advance i will rate if thats what you want! Does anyone have any tips for swallowing pills? I have some pills from my doctor for a bronchidal infection, and they were huge, I had to cut them up into fourths, yet they still are tough to get down. Tips or tricks? (link)

I am the same as you!! Yet I have to cut them into like eighths. ne ways.. You could always put theminto food like apple sauce or something. It could help I never tried but yeah.. best bet is to ask for a chewable or liquid

ok me and my whole grade are going to washington for 2 nights in may.. were going to be staying in nice hotels and everything.. i was wondering if people had some fun ideas to do in our rooms.. or pranks to play on people when they are sleeping.. i heard about flushing your foot down the toilet.. and we thought of a toga party :-P.. does anyone have any other fun ideas? heyy I did this same exact thing in 8th grade. The most fun thing is jumping on the beds!!! it might be childish but its soo funn!! I like doing flips and other things.. just be careful not to break the springs I almost did lol. HAVE FUN!!

hi...i really need help. i am on a dance team and they told me that i had to lose weight. this was about a year and a half ago. right when they told me that i had to lose weight to stay on the team i started getting ideas that i was too fat. and now i think im fatter than fat. so during that i year i decided to skip a meal to see if that would help but then i started to skip 2 meals and now im not eating at all. my best friend keeps saying that im anorexic but i dont want to believe it and i dont think its true. either way i am really scared because im losing weight really fast and all but i dont want to lose it this way and im scared that im going to die or something. i dont want to tell my parents so i dont scare them so what do i do......PLeASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!! alright i like this guy named andrew. we met through a mutual friend about 2months ago and we hooked up the 2nd time we saw eachother. now he went out with this girl miranda at the begining of the year for like a week, then broke up with her n he said that they should jus be friends till they got to kno eachother better then mabey go back out next year. Well andrew has told me he likes me alot, but still like miranda too. He told our mutual friend Gina that mabey he'd ask me out when he could drive...what is that soposed to mean, cause i aint waiting around for no guy..please help n tell me whut u think i should do... This is always pretty tough. I think the best bet here is to move on. It seems like he hasn't moved on himself. If he is going to like two girls and go out with one of them It could mean bad. I mean if he did go out with you he would probably still have feelings for Miranda. Then it would hurt you.

well.. you can't stop true love.. What you can do is let her know that your there for her... That she has someone to talk to. It might make her feel a little better :)
