Aw you are soooooo sweet to want to help her with this kinda' problem. Major points to you :)
Tell her to try these
~*2 Tylenol OR Midol
~*Apply heat to her lower stomach (this helps ease the cramps) Like she could take 2 washcloths, wet them and pop em' in the microwave for 30 seconds and keep applying it to her lower stomach.
~* Tell her to soak in a warm bath -as warm as she can take it. The heat will work wonders.
~*If she doesnt feel like taking a bath tell her to eat some hot soup or drink some cocoa. I've never tried it but my friends swear by it.

I'm thinking about getting extensions...has anybody had them before? How long do they last? Like...how do they work out for you? Do they fall out?

Maybe this question depends on race? I know black people's hair is alot different that white people's. I'm white and my mom made me get extensions one time (She was in beauty school and needed someone to expirement on lol) I hated em' it was probably because she gave me hair that almost went to my butt! I felt like my head was just going to fall back all the way at any moment from all the weight of the extra hair that I wasnt used to. Fixing it after it had been washed sucked too because it got so tangley (as if bubble gum where stuck everywhere in it) It lasted about 1 month for me but that's only because I ripped it out myself. I'm not tryin to discourage you from getting it, I know alot of people that had really good expiernces with extensions but I do remember that the extensions were REAL hair. I know synthetic is cheaper but I wouldnt want you to have a expierence like mine!

I have serious hair issues and I'm on vacation! I have a hair straightener at home and I straighten my hair when I go out or if I need to. I decided not to bring mine on this vacation...and that was a bad mistake. I can't leave my hair open at all because it flies and it looks like Hagrid's hair from harry potter...and I mean it literally!!!! AAAH!

lol I feel ya' mu hair un-straightend looks the same way. Use the new Sunsilk products. The shampoo conditioner and anti-poof creme. I love it! The straighten-up creme works wonders as well.

If she still won't listen to you then call your local health department and schedule yourself an appointment stating you need a pap smear so you can get on birth control. Tell them your mom doesn't know and you want to keep it that way. Because you are under the age of 18 the state will pay for everything. No bills no statements, no phonecalls, your mom will never have a clue. My sis did that at 16 and she's fixin to be 18 and my mom never found out and she never paid a dime.

Won't hurt you one bit. Palmer's writes on the label for pregnant women because that is most often when stretch marks occur on women. BUT they forget about all us ppl that regularly arent a size 1. I haven't helped anyone through a abortion. I've been through one. I was 17 and am now 24. I have yet to "get over it" you never will. The only thing you can do is just move on and take comfort in knowing that when your time comes, your child will be waiting for you. I miss mine all the time, to this day sometimes I cry myself to sleep or will be driving down the road and a song will come on that makes me think about it and I'll start crying. I'm not tryin to depress you anymore than you already are, I'm just telling you from one person to another...It's hard. Compare it to that of your mother or sister dying. You will NEVER get over that, and there will be times when you are sad. Try talking to a counselor maybe just to get some of your feelings out in the open. I wouldn't advise mixing personal problems with your work. This could lead to disasterious problems for you should you ever get on her bad side and she want to leak out information about you.

Im 17 female I have 3 siblings. Ages 15, 13 & 4.

We fight over who does the kitchen alotttt. Yea sounds like second grade because it is. Im tired of it. I have a job & im also not home alot.

When i get home from work the kitchen is a mess & i dont clean it because its not my mess. But the next day i end up cleaning up the mess because my other two siblings ( 15, 13 yr olds ) just dont do it.

The 13 year old spends the ENTIRE day on the computer pretty much from the second she wakes up till the second she goes to bed Which usually isnt till 4-5 AM.

The 15 year just doesnt think he has to do anything & watches ttv the entire day.

I feel that i shouldnt have to clean the kitchen Or anything that was messed up when i was not at home. Do you guys agree?

And how do i get them to get up a clean something? Dont tell me talk to your parents. Trust me i do talk to my parent sbut they really don't do anything about it except say " i don't want to hear about it"

What age is it ok for them to start cleaning... Around maybe 9 -if not before.

Your bro and sis should really start helping you. Since you parents don't want to do anything to lay down the law the your going to have to...in a different way. So here's the choices I've come up with.
1. STOP cleaning the kitchen all together (except the messes you make) and when your mom says something to you about it forbid to do it. It's not like she can actually make you move your arms to scrub the dishes. Tell her you go to school all day and then work and your to tired to come home and clean up a mess that you didn't even make.
2. Tell your brother and sister to start helping. When they say no, un-plug the computer and the t.v. - they still may not help clean anything but at least youve aggravated the sh*t outta' them and they deserve it. There old enough to start helping out.
3. Write a letter to your parents and give it to them. Let them know how you feel and that if there going to continue to let "bob & Sue" do whatever they want and mess up the house, that she needent expect you to clean it up.

That's all I got-sorry if it's not something you would do to solve this problem...I tried! Best of Luck

ok how do you get over a guy?

Girl, I know its realy hard to get over your ex! Especialy if you have been together for years. And I know you are telling your self that you wont ever find a guy like him. But he is your Ex for a reason. So just remember those reasons and move on. Trust me on this one, you will move on with someone that will love you and repsect you way more. Because you now know what you really want in a man. He was just practice. I'm sure you will be even more happy. Later on you will soon look back and tell your self "why was I even trippin off of him?" Keep your head up.

I'm getting high lights next weekand I'm deciding whether I should get it folied or capped. Which ones better and brings more color to your hair and which ones less damaging?? I need answers really soon because I'm either gettin gthe highlights done tommarow or next week.

You want foiled! I don't see why anyone would want capped! (Sometime the hairdresser will try to persuade you to be capped because it's quicker for them-Although a GOOD hairdresser won't try to persuade you into anything. When you have a good stylist FOILED is done ALOT quicker than capped) Foiled is so less damaging to your hair, unlike a cap where all your hair is ripped through the holes causeing even more split ends. Not to mention, that shit hurts!
Also, Foiled brings more highlights in better because it's closed in allowing the bleach to really do it's job where as on a capped head with no cover on it, the stuff dryes out alot quicker.

If he's asking--he's not. Gays are attracted sexually, physically, emotionally, and psycholocially to the same sex alone. Heteros are the same only to the opposite sex. It is perfectly normal to be attracted to both sexes. Many males and females experiment sexually in their youth with the same sex but are not gay and as they mature will become comfortable with their sexuality. I know many people that in their youth are not comfortable with that. Do not rely on the judgements of your peers. They can be confused as well.

Last night I found out that my close friend slept over my boyfriends house. He didn't tell me that she was going to even though I was with him all day. That really anonyed me because he doesn't even want me to come to his dad house (it's a 30 minute drive from here & he says he hates it there) The girl is one of my close friends, but I know her well and she tends to almost act like they're going out by doing little things like touching his arm and getting really close to him (and she has a boyfriend) I can flat out say I trust him but I don't trust her especially because she lets other guys do stuff to her and lies to her boyfriend all the time. that is a "cute" scorpion but it doesn't have a rose. If your wanting a rose somehow "built" into the tattoo, it doesnt mean you have to have a pic made up like that. Find the scorpion pic you want and the cutest rose you want and talk to your tatoo artist about joining the two together. That's what I did with the tat on my back. Make it your own. Well, I was talking to one of my friend's friends. He's actually a year ahead of me. He was trying to figure out what my name should be or who I looked like. After like two minutes of staring at me he said, "Hm. You look like a dayna. You have bigger....nevermind. I'm not gonna say it." What did he mean? Then him and his friend were talking and my friend had just told them I was spending the night and they were like," Oh, really? Hm." and they started whispering to each other and my friend's friend had some creepy smile on his face. Finally they just went back to playing a game. I said, "Okay. Um. What was that about?" and they just smiled at each other and the one who said something about me looking like a dayna looked me up and down and smiled again.
