I can't see how you can be comfortable being with a guy your cousin has just been with but that's not up to me.
To the point, if you really want to be with him tell him how you feel but being further away from him while in a relationship increases the chances that he's going to cheat. I'm not saying he is a cheater but ya' know?
Just be careful and make sure you're positive about what you're doing before you tell him how you feel.
You could wait a little longer and see if anyone from your own area catches your eye.

My friend ((We'll call her M)) is a total sl**. She knows it and is proud of it. She stabs people in the back and screws you over. She turns on you and talks crap on you behind your back. My 2 best friends and i ditched her because we knew she wasn't a good friend to have. Now she is friends with lots of girls... at least she thinks she is. They all hate her, but they won't tell her! I wouldn't mind becoming friends with her again, but how can i learn to trust her and believe what she tells me if she did all this stuff to me the first time around?

You've just said your self what she does and basiclly said how much of a bad person she is. Seriously, why would you want to make friends with her again?

can the foods you eat affect your skin(acne)? does eating chocolate or greasy foods make you break out? and does makeup make you break out? i heard these were a myth but i think this is true.. well in my case.

Apparantly it's been proven that foods don't make you break out so I wouldn't worry to much about chocolate or greasy foods.
Make up however can make you break out if you over do it and/or leave it on over night. Don't leave it on over night. Some people have such luck that even if they do leave it on over night they dont break out, personally if I was you I wouldn't risk it =P

I purchased a pair of jeans off ebay on February 19, 2005. When they arrived, I was dissatisfied with them and requested a refund. On March 6, the person emailed me back saying they recieved the jeans and would send me a refund the next morning. After a week later, I emailed them back asking where the refund was. They said they never recieved the jeans. I emailed back saying I did send them the jeans. Today, I got an email from ebay saying I never sent payment! How is this possible if I recieved the jeans and requested a refund??? It's almost a month since I purchased these jeans and the refund isn't here! What do I do?

Lets hope you still have the emails that were sent to you. Email eBay and file a complaint saying that you have the emails that the person sent you (Hopefully you still have them)eBay should be able to do something about it. If they ignore your complaint email again. Not after like 2 days though, keep in mind how many complaining eBayers there must be sending in emails all at once. Then, if you haven't done it all ready leave the person negative feedback.

My friends and I are doing a project in science, and they won't listen to anything I have to say! Whenever I have a good idea, they won't listen to it, and if they do, someone always says that for some reason, it won't work. I'm not a control freak or anything, i just wish that they would listen to me! 13/f, if that helps at all.

Ask your friends why they are always dismising your ideas.
Maybe they actually won't work, you don't know until you try. Explain it to them and maybe they'll see what you mean, they might not be doing it on purpose.
If they still don't listen and don't let you speak and try out your ideas ask if you can do the project on your own. Then you won't have to worry about not being able to use your own ideas. Just make sure you know all the facts about why they're dismissing your ideas before you jump to any conclussions.

You should tell her, don't let her slip away. Just sit her down and tell her how you feel. If she doesn't accept it and really isn't intresting then there's nothing you can do. No one can change her mind but herself. Just tell her about it and see what happens.

I am 13/f, 14 in july, but i took a baby-stting class for 2 days at a saint francis hospital...well now that i have done that, i dont know what to do! i mean theres like nobody i can babysit! anybody know a site that i can go to thats like a teen babysitting line or soemthing haha!?!?

Online advertising wouldn't be safe in my opinion. Any perverted old geezer could ask you to come round to his house.
The best thing to do is advertise round your local area with flyers, asking neighbours, asking your parents to see if they have any friends who need babysitting, any family members of yours might need babysitting.
There's no end of ways =)

G'day, Have you all seen the movie "Gone in 60 seconds" with angelina jolie and nicholas cage (that's the new one not the old one)?? Well remember Angelina's hair in it, it looked like dreads but it wasnt, it was curl things, im not sure. well i'm wondering what its called becos I'm thinking of doing it to my own hair. But becos I don't kno wat it's called i can't really get it done. So if you kno, could you please let me know. cheers!

You can do that on your own at home. It probably won't be as good untill you get some practice. If you wet your hair then twirl them up untill they end up being little buns then clip them up do that all over your hair (not all your hair at once obviously - in strands) then just spray some hairspray over it quickly then start taking them out after leaving them for a bit they should come out good if you did it right.
It also depends on the type of hair.
I've done that loads and it's always worked for me but for example on my friend it never works it looks so tacky and messy on her.

I'd say lose the tights if they are to noticable.
Seems a little to black for me. Try black and white shoes and some white accesories wouldn't go amiss either.

I'm a really good singer. All of my friends have said so, and are threatening to take me too American Idol when I'm 16. And I love to sing. But when I go to do it in front of some people I get really nervous and choke up. Any suggestions on how to get rid of my nervous-ness??

Practice!
Start off with some close friends and expand your audience bit by bit.

Everyone is always saying "I hate tanlines" blah blah blah. Is it wierd that I actually like them? Like if you wear a tube top after wearing a bathing suit that ties around your neck, or if you had cris cross straps on your back. I think its kind of like a sign that you tan. idk, I think its kind of cool...is that wierd? I don't like tanning lines after you wear shorts, or a farmers tan...

Not weird at all, I love tanlines. Only on my top half though like you said tanlines from shorts are just plain weird haha.

Plain normal underwear.
If you're scared of anything showing when sitting down or whatever you could try wearing shorts underneath.

OK so my BFF's little brother is completely discusting!!! He acts very preverted even to me! It's sooo gross. He does things that are well REALLY inapropriate! Oh man when ever my friend and I try to tell him to stop, he will just ignore us and tell me I am sexy. Ya it's that weird for peet sakes hes only nine! How do I get him to stop?!

Aye, the little perverted nine year olds. I've had that happen to me many a times.
Different kids need different kinds of ways to make them stop. You could try ignoring him any comment he makes just don't even look at him. Let him get on with his pervertedness. When he realises you're not intrested hopefully he will stop. You could also try and avoid him but that'd be pretty hard if you're round your friends house.
Talk to one of the kids parents see what they make of it and see if they can get him to stop.

If you're going to start wearing make up just because you feel left out but you really don't feel ready to wear make up then don't.
Make-up is to make you look better or worse for that matter, make-up doesn't suit everyone.
If you're not ready to wear make-up don't.
Seriously, don't get pulled in to all the peer pressure crap. Wear it when you're ready to.
All I can say though is don't go over the top with it, try to go with the natural look at least for the first few weeks of wearing make up then you can take it a little further if necessary.

OK i got this realllly cute real Guchi purse for my birthday. Its really cute! and I just figured out that the most popular girl in school has the same purse! Im really mad cause i really want to use it but i can't because if she see's it shes gonna hate me! and well she kinda likes me right now and lets me hang out with her and shes really nice and stuff. BUt we cant have any of the same stuff as them. Even clothes. It really stinks cause i love all her clothes and i have the oppurtunitiys to but them! I really like there group! should i even hang out with them?

First of all you need to double check that and make sure the purse says GUCCI and not GUCHI if it says GUCHI then it's far from real. Very fake.
Also, you got it for your birthday it's not your fault. If you're so bothered about what she's going to say then explain it to her before she jumps to any conclussions.
Besides, she won't care if she's a real friend. Which by the sound of it she isn't, but I'm not assuming untill I know the facts.
If she flips out on you after you've explained ditch her, no true friend tells you what to wear and when to wear it anyway.

One of my best friend's brother died in a car crash because of street racing. Tomorrow I am going to his funeral with our friends and to be there for my friend. I really dont know what to wear and what I'm supposed to do there. Do I bring a gift. I feel really bad. He was onlt 17 years old. Please help.

You don't have to go all in black but don't go for something like black and pink the best thing would be black and white.
You could bring along some flowers as a gesture too.

I use winMX and it is really good. Only problem is, you asked for 100% legal. winMX is NOT legal music downloads.
I actually doubt you will find free LEGAL music.
The only reason why illegal music actually is illegal is because the singers, producers, etc aren't getting the money they are supposed to get because you're getting their songs for free.

Okay, so! I'm 15/female and I met this guy last week and he seems pretty cool. He likes me and all, and I like him too. It's just that, I dont like him like boyfriend/girlfriend. Like you said you're confused. Go out with him somewhere once and see how it goes. There's nothing to lose really. Just because you're going out with him once it doesn't mean you have to start dating the guy.
Seriously though, get to know him a little more and then see what you think of him. If you still don't like the idea of dating him then just leave at that, friends and that's it but don't just jump in to a relationship with this guy, or any guy just because you want a boyfriend. It would be a stupid thing to do.
