My friends won't listen! My friends and I are doing a project in science, and they won't listen to anything I have to say! Whenever I have a good idea, they won't listen to it, and if they do, someone always says that for some reason, it won't work. I'm not a control freak or anything, i just wish that they would listen to me! 13/f, if that helps at all.

This is what i would do. The next time your with your friends and your doin the project, tell them how you feel because that may change a lot of stuff... and if they are good friends they should understand and listen to wat you have to say about anything!! Good friends listen
Hope it helps and things get betta!

Hiya talk to your friends.because its not fair that there leaving you out.tell them that you just want them to listen to your ides and maybe talk about them.its a joint project and its liek your not apart of it. if you talk to them they should acceot your ideas and let you be apart of it

Ask your friends why they are always dismising your ideas.
Maybe they actually won't work, you don't know until you try. Explain it to them and maybe they'll see what you mean, they might not be doing it on purpose.
If they still don't listen and don't let you speak and try out your ideas ask if you can do the project on your own. Then you won't have to worry about not being able to use your own ideas. Just make sure you know all the facts about why they're dismissing your ideas before you jump to any conclussions.

well sometime working imn a group can be hard as everybody hasideas of their own. tell them that you feel ignored. im sure they dont mean to make you feel this way. justremind the that this projects is a group project and that it will be done faster and far quicker ifyou all pull together. you could even sujest doing your project in parts and say that you will do your ideas and add it to theirs to make a whole project. just split up what you have to do your project on up into parts and each take yor fair share. they cant argue with that cos you will be doing your fair share and you each get to do your own ideas! ]
Tell your friends that this is a GROUP project, and they need to pull their heads out of their butts if they want to get it done right. A GROUP project requires ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP to do some work, and if they can't do that, then they don't deserve a good grade. I hate to nark (tattle tale) but if it keeps up tell an authority figure. (not like the cops) but like a parent or teacher or someone like that! I know exactly how you feel, and you're probably a genious, your friends just don't realize it yet... with luv,
chicitatoxalot :)
P.S I hope this helps, and if they still argue with you, give them a peice of my mind okay!? ;) ]
it's a bad idea to work with friends as i've learned lol...ask your teacher to let you work alone and explain y without being a tattletale i hope you get a good grade anyways though ]
ok.... i definatly think that you shouold talk to them about it!! I f they still don't listen you need to talk to your teacher and let her know that the group isn't working maybe she could move you into a different group or work something out betweebn you guyz. You could also like try and get more info to convince them that your idea is a good one.. well anyway there are a lot of possibliteis good luck!! Hope i helped XoXO ]
Get there attention or shout at the to tell them your ideas say to them that your part of the project and want to be able to speak about some of the ideas you have.
luv roxie ]
well talk to your friiends about it! tell them it bothers yu.. take sOME control! it seems like they control yur life! :/!! just talk to them about it! xO ]
Take charge. Make them listen, don't just sit and wait until sometone has your idea and takes the credit for it! Speak up. Write it to one of them in a note. Get one of your friends to back you up!
You can do this! Let me know how it goes!
