My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

You really can't make someone like you but don't be desprate. Just flirt with him and keep talking to him. The more he gets to know you, there is higher chance he might like you.

Ok,I just found out that this girl has been putting birth control pills in my food at lunch,I need too know if anything bad is going to happen to me because of this. Just because you're a girl does not mean you HAVE to have a boyfriend. It's a person's choice if they want to or not and if you choose not to, that's perfectly fine. When they ask you something like that, don't even answer the question but ask them something okward back and they will get the point. Don't say that you're ugly because you probablly aren't and it just bothers me when people think so low of themselves, so please, say you're beautiful. :) Anyways, just tell them that you don't want a boyfriend and that you don't have to give them an explanation about it and it's final.

so im falling for my best guy freind. he knows everything about me and we are the greatest freinds. i would be devestated if there was ever a time that him and i didnt talk or werent as close as we are now. but latlely ive been having feelings towards him. i really like love him. and i mean i dont know if he likes me in that way back. he flirts with me all the time. but he flirts with everyone. how should i let him know without risking my freindship with him?

These are the toughest relationships and it's so hard. Two of my best friends went out with each other and they were also best friends, well they broke up like 3-4 weeks later and they hated each other and it caused so much drama. Now, they also loved each other as friends and talked a lot, but the outcome turned out horrible. Now they are trying to fix their relationship and they're trying to be nice to each other but they always find something to argue about. Make sure you think this whole thing through because you don't want that to happen to you. I'm not trying to scare you off or anything and it might not happen that way, but it's always better to think a little ahead of the situation. This happens a lot to people, but since he's a big flirt with everyone he might not even notice. Flirting can come out as just being frienldly or more than that and in your situation I'm not sure what it would be. Give him little hints that you have more feelings for him and see if he cathes on. Later on, when you think it's the right time, tell him. If he doesn't have those feelings back then you both might feel real okward. You shouldn't hold your feelings inside, so you should tell him sometime.

Well, you can't really tell if he likes you just because he looks at you and smiles. Those are signs of flirting and posiblly liking someone. If you talk to him more he will get to know you a lot better and like you a lot more. If you catch him staring at you it's good because he was thinking about you. He probablly does like you because most guys won't slow dance with a girl if they don't like them even if people force him.

Well yes she can bleed, but I thought you were talking about breaking the hymen. You can only break it once and you bleed from that one time. If those girls bled for no reason then there might be something wrong. The first time you have sex is when your hymen gets broken and it won't break again.

okayy.. well this is really weird and i don't know if its that commen, but like i sweat really bad. like i even go through my shirts and sometimes my sweatshirts and im really embaressed about it.. what can i do to stop sweating so much?

Sweating is normal but do you use deordarant? People usually sweat when it's hot, so if you wear many layers of clothing, don't. There are things you can take to reduce your sweating. If you want that, call your doctor and ask him to prescribe you something. Other then that, I have nothing else to say but if you want more info go to google and type in how to stop sweating. I did but I'm not sure what the right answer would be for you.

It's normal to love a sibling but to love them in a different way is not normal. If he is your step brother then I understand that but if he is your blood brother then I think you need to move on because that's wrong.

I'll give you step by step to do it. It's easier than you think.

STEP ONE: Shampoo and condition hair using volumizing shampoo and conditioner.

STEP TWO: Blowdry hair in sections using a large round brush.

STEP THREE: For better hold, hold head upside down and hairspray your roots when hair is completely dry

STEP FOUR: Using a large barrel curling iron, curl hair outward. For the hair by the frame of your head, hold the curling iron upright, and with small one inch sections of your hair, curl inward, toward your ear.

STEP FIVE: Finish with a strong holding hairspray.

No, it won't give you the label slut. A slut is when a girl does it with every guy, but you're not a slut. It might hurt you the second time but you won't bleed again because you can only break your hymen once.

Ok, so I have been going out with this guy for almost a month, but it feels like it has been longer becasue of certian things. Jelousy is a normal thing and I'm sure it happens to everyone but you both are equal. You both are really good friends with your ex's. You shouldn't be worried that he will like her or that he might do something because if he liked her he would be with her. You know that he is YOURS and not hers. Most guys don't like when they are not trusted and then the girlfriend ends up doing something stupid because of her jelousy. Since you do want to say something to him, what would you say?? That you're jelous of him and his ex? He might get a little offended by that because you're friends with your ex to. If you want to keep a good relationship with him you need to learn how to trust him and you could do that. No matter what he will always be yours and not hers. Just tell him that you do get a little jelous but that you still trust him to make good decisions.

It's possible to get STD's from oral sex but you can't be sure unless you actaully talk to a doctor. You won't die if you swallow it, but if you have any cuts, sores on your mouth then you can catch it.

im 15 ilbs over weight i want to lose those FAST how can i?

When people want to loose weight they never want to hear the words exercise and healthier diet. If you really do want to get rid of those 15 pounds you have to stick with it and exercise and not eat junk food or fats but replace that with healthier things like baked potatos, mushrooms, tuna, chicken, salads with low fat dressing. You don't have to change everything but just walk for about 30 minutes a day. Do about 25 crunches and if you keep doing that for a while you'll get the results you want. The best thing to do is if you tell a teacher or your school counclor. They can't really make her eat or anything but it's good if you tell someone you trust and that's an adult. You might not want to do that and if the girl finds out she might be mad that you did that but it's for her own good. Being 72 pounds is very light and not healthy. She could end up in the hospital. Anyways, her mom might not belive her so if the counslor calls and talks to her about it, maybe she would take interest in the problem and get her help.

I think that you could defenetly have a chance with him. All you really have to do it be flirty and have fun with it. Keep a smile on your face, be nice and just don't play dumb because guys don't think its cute. Some girls think that's a way of getting a guys' attention but it's not. You don't have to drop her as a friend and you don't have to stop being her friend. She doesn't want to loose you and she gets jelous when you hang out with different people because it makes her feel like you aren't going to be friends with her. No best friend or friend should boss anyone around or be mean to them so don't take it from her. When she does it again tell her. Tell her everything you said to me right now and she probablly will get mad but oh well. She deserves it and sooner or later she will get over it. You have a right to do different things with different people but she doesn't have the right to yell at you for it because she is not your only friend you have. Since you guys are best friends you need to tell her how you feel about this or this situation will never get better and she will always treat you like dirt. You don't deserve it so don't take the bull from her.

what are some things to do or say when your friend is really sad? he just got a really bad grade on midterms and i am having a hard time cheering him up

Sometimes being there for a friend is the best thing to do. Boost up his confidence and tell him that it's not the end of the world and that if he trys harder he will do better. He won't be upset for a long time but if he just won't get happy about it you can't change that. Just tell him that you don't want to bother him but if he needs anything to come and talk to you.
