If you eat a lot of junk food and eat a lot of fast food you NEED to cut all that. Eat vegetables,fruits,and count carbs.And if your hungary for a snack try yorgut it even tates better than chips!! Just trying to give you a good health tip !!

Teza answered Tuesday January 10 2006, 6:52 pm: When people want to loose weight they never want to hear the words exercise and healthier diet. If you really do want to get rid of those 15 pounds you have to stick with it and exercise and not eat junk food or fats but replace that with healthier things like baked potatos, mushrooms, tuna, chicken, salads with low fat dressing. You don't have to change everything but just walk for about 30 minutes a day. Do about 25 crunches and if you keep doing that for a while you'll get the results you want. Make sure you eat breakfast & drink a lot of water !! That's important.
