Q: omg im so screwed...i think my ipod broke! i read the manual like a million times but it says nothing about my ipod..please help!! ok whenever i select a song it stays there for about a second..then it skips to every song on my list without playing anything!! omg if u could help me that would be soo amazing! i rate high!!

I have to say...it's NOT the end of the world. It's your fault for having an Ipod anyway. I hate those stupid things and I hate everyone who has them.

Q: For the last few days a bunch of boys in my class have been looking at me funny. At first I thought that I mite have had somthing weird on my face or maybe my outfir looked redicules to them. Then they all started talking to me. Not at once, but boys would come up to me all threw out the day and talk to me. This one boy even said that his best friend (one of the boys who wouldn't leave me alone) had a crush on me. I didn't belive him. Another one, was always trying to make me laugh, anouther one was always starring at me. The boy I have a crush on is really cool and always talking to me too. I can tell he has a crush on me. I think all the other boys have crushes on, and it really freaks me out!!!!!! A bunch of girls have been giving me the cold shoulder, or being really mean. My crush is my best friend too, and we are always together, some stupid boy calls us the love birds. I really don't know what to do. Should I just stay away from all boys in general.

I dunno...I would be on my guard. It seems like they're ganging up on you as some horrible prank. Or they all hit puberty and want you. Or you've always been a guy-magnet and you just never noticed. *shrug* whatever it is, have fun with it.

Q: how do you become out goin? i mean im really out going and funny when i get to kno someone really well. but its realy hard for me to just meet someone and hit it off right away. what are some things you say to like a cute boy you see at the mall or someone you see that looks like alot of fun and want to talk to?

I find it helps to talk to guys when I'm HyPeR! A good way to get hyper (and talk to boys at the same time) is to hold a screw, and hold out your hand like you're offering something to him and say "Wanna screw?"

Q: ok, so i am/was really good friends with this girl. she was new to our school nd just because she was new and not totally ugly, every guy fell in love with her, and is in love with her. but, she really isnt that pretty at all , she has big boobs, but i have the same size, she is no skinnier than me, she is a size larger, and im a better cheerleader than her, but they still like her only because she is new. its not her personality cause she is kinda annoying. and she is leaving our school next year but for some reason they think they still have a chance with her. but, i still dont get why everyone likes her better? please help me understand. i rate 5 for not bad advise.

Maybe they think you are a little superficial? And maybe they're right...you seem like there is something you're not admitting...like maybe you are in love with your friend, and you're jealous of the guys?

Q: I am African-American/Japanese and the guys that I am normally into are white skater types. Nobody I've ever really liked has liked me back, and I've been told it's because I'm too shy. Is it really because I'm too shy or is it because of race? Do guys really think about race?

If they do, they're idiots. Have confidence in yourself! I think people who come from diverse ethnic backgrounds are extremely beautiful. My cousin is African-American/French-Canadian/Korean and she's gorgeous. Of course, you do need to have personality, too. So have faith in yourself...you ROCK and you can get any guy you want. Any guy that doesn't want you, whatever his reason, is just a cuttlefish-butt so forget about him.

Q: Ok, so my friends are telling me this guy likes me, but it's not the guy I like. They said he might ask me out, but I don't have feelings for him. How can I say I don't want to go out w/ him without sounding mean?

Q: Okay, so I'm relationship challenged. I've never had a real relationship and I'm 18. I actually just got kissed for the first time a month ago tomorrow. Well, the guy that kissed me is kind of confusing. I've liked him for a while and he seems to like me. Anyway, over spring break, I asked him to prom, even though I knew he wanted to ask another girl. He said he didn't know if he was going yet, but if he did, he'd definitely go with me. Well, he hadn't said anything about it for a long time, but we'd been hanging out a lot, so Friday I asked him if he'd decided whether or not he was going. He said he was leaning towards no, but he still hasn't decided. However, my friend said she heard that he asked another girl to prom on Thursday and she said no. I still like him, but I'm just confused. Why does he keep leading me on and giving me dumb excuses?

Guys are idiots. He doesn't know that you like him, or that he's leading you on. Either hint at it, or outright tell him. But if he ends up rejecting you, don't worry about it. Not being a relationship isn't really a bad thing, in fact, it's a pretty good thing.

Q: I just got my report card this past friday. It said that my grade point average is 3.95 which is really good. but when i started look at what i got (A A-) it said I had straight A's, A-'s A+'s and I was confused. I get to see my grade a week before they come out, and my science teacher said i was getting a B- then, on the report card it said A+...i don't understand that..can someone explain?

I say don't worry about it. You have a 3.95, so why should you worry about the little details? I have a 1.9, so I'm gonna end up getting married or being a prostitute, which are basically the same thing. Just don't worry about the minor details and relax, be thankful for what you have.

Don't tell your cousin what your problems are, and tell him/her to cut it out.

Q: There is a new girl in my school. She was recently expelled from her Catholic school because she got an abortion. One of my friends was friends with her for a while since they lived near eachother and now she's coming to my school. I have my opinions about alot of things and abortion I have a very strong opinion about it and I'll argue my point until my face is blue. I'm 1000% against unless you were raped or you are having difficulties with your pregnancy and it could cost you your own life. Just by knowing this, I already do not like her because of that reason and that reason only. My friends all know that if they were to get pregnant and get an abortion, I would probably never speak to them again. I am not a virgin, but I do know that if I was ever to get pregnant, I would never get an abortion reguardless of my situation. I just think it's wrong. But please, do not bash me because of my beliefs just answer me this, could you at the very least understand why I wouldn't want to be friends with her? Is it wrong for me to feel this way?

Just because you disapprove of something she did doesn't mean you should judge her. I'm against smoking, but I'm not going to base a relationship with someone on the fact that they smoke. If I did, I wouldn't have half the friends I do and I wouldn't be living with my parents. It's wrong of you to prejudge somebody, but you can't help the way you feel. But the fact that you question whether or not it is wrong shows that on atleast some level, you do think it's wrong. Try your best to overcome it and be her friend. Good luck! =)

Q: Does suicide send you to hell? someone told me it did but i'm not sure.

It depends on what you believe. Most cultures think that suicide is the worst thing you could ever do and that you will either go to hell or be reincarnated as something unpleasant. But it depends on what you believe. Personally, I don't believe in hell, so it doesn't really matter to me. The only way you would know for sure is if you killed yourself...but don't.

Q: The other night, I was out with a friend, and we met up with these guys. I guess you could call them 'skaters'. So. The two of us walked around, while they skated around us. They asked us if we'd let them finger us, and we joked around saying yeah. We told them we'd have sex with them in an instant, even though we were kidding, which I guess they didn't realize.
So, we headed for a park by a school, and they got behind a bush and pretty much just pulled it out right there, and they were begging us to come back there and, well jerk them off. I wouldn't do it because quite frankly, I've got a little more self respect than that. I wouldn't let my friend do it even though she was tempted because she has a boyfriend and she knew she'd regret it right after she finished.
So, these guys were telling me I'm a total "downer" and a "prude" and later they told my friend that they really didn't like me, just because I wouldn't give them a handjob.
So, I feel really bad about myself, like I let them down or something, even though I know that they're just huge jerks. For some reason, I can't stop thinking about it and wishing that I had just done it and everything would be fine now.

You didn't let them down! You owe absolutely nothing to them. What did they ever do for you? If you had done it, you would feel much more guilty than you do now. What if it had led to other things, and you had been raped? They are just insecure about themselves and thought that by insulting you they could get into your pants. You did the right thing, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Q: Theres a dance tomorrow and I dont know what to do with my hair! Its red with blonde streaks. Its about to the bottom of my chest. I hate putting it up but it might be hot to leave it down? It gets really hot in the gym.

Is it a formal dance or just a regular dance? Most school dances I've been to, we just went in our normal clothes. And it was dark most of the time. And we were running around stuffing our faces with potato chips. So, I don't think you should worry about it that much. If it's a formal dance, well, go to a salon and get your hair done. =) Don't worry too much and just have fun at your dance.

How do you know you really love him? What has he done for you? What have you done for him? I'm just trying to help you put things in perspective. If he really loved you, why would he be hanging out with other girls on your birthday? Just because you think about a person a lot doesn't mean you really love them. Basically, you are lusting over him, which is totally normal for teenage girls. We all go through it, and very often mistake it for love. I agree with your friends, I think you should forget about him. There will be much better guys throughout your life. Guys that really do love you, who you really love in return. Don't ever get so obsessed with a guy that you lose yourself.

Q: ok, so i imed this guy i liked 2 days ago, and he was talking a lot and asking me stuff..and he usually never does this so i was excited. And i wanted to ask him to this dance for friday..my friend talked to him at lunch and asked him if he wud say yes if i aksed him and she sed that he sed "prolly yes", and that he seemed enthusiastic about it. If you have to get your friend to ask him these sort of questions for you, it doesn't sound like you're very close. When you IMed him, he was probably embarassed because of what he told your friend. Talk to him in person and ask him to the dance.

Q: its not that important to me and i try not to make a big deal of it but i sort of really want a boyfriend!!! of course it sounds weird but no one in my grade really has them. if you do people just talk gossip and say "omg i heard they made out once!' and stupid things like that. i really don't want people to talk about me that way. unlike some people, im really self-concious about my reputation and what people think of me. suddenly everything is just going haywire...(dunno if i spelled that rite) theres no way im going to go and ask some guy out...for all they know, they'll think its a joke! id rather have them as regular guy friends than boyfriends but they'd think i was, how you say, a freak, retarded, out of my mind. i only have one guy friend and i like him but not that much. theres only one problem-he doesn't have the deepest voice and he sounds like a girl so of course, thats what people call him. i dont' really know what my problem is because there baisically a bunch of problems twisted together. but if you figure my actual problem out, could you please answer it for me!? that'd be grate

It's natural for you to want a boyfriend. I know I felt that way for a long time, it was like my life was over because I didn't have a bf. But eventually I realized there are more important things in life, like giving money to the poor. Still, it's totally normal for you to want one. I don't reccommend dating your friends, but that is my personal opinion. Personally, my guy friends are more like my brothers and I'm completely disgusted by the thought of dating them. But it's different for everyone. About that one that you like, you shouldn't worry about what others think. So he has a high voice. So people call him a girl. None of that should matter. Besides, in a couple of years, he will probably have a very sexy voice. You're not a freak if you don't date; it just makes you independent, and that's a GOOD thing. You'll go out on dates when you're ready, which may be next week or might not be until you're in college. Whatever you do, don't rush things--just sit back and enjoy life.

Q: i brush my retainer every day. it still ends up smelling like crap somehow.. my mom called my ortho, and they said to use the stuff that you put dentures in.. i did that, and it still smells bad! does anyone know something good that will get the nasty smell away from my retainer?

Soak it for a few hours in mouthwash. It smells because of the bacteria in your mouth, so you should also brush your ENTIRE mouth for about three minutes straight atleast twice a day.

Feeling up is when a guy touches, caresses, or strokes a girl's breasts. Couples can do it for fun, but it's usually done disrespectfully, ie, the boys will dare one guy to feel some chick up, he does, and he runs like hell. Or the girl lets him use her body. It feels really good, but don't let a guy do it if he's disrespecting you.
