My friend just told me today.. that she ALWAYS throws up after she eats. As much as I'd love to help her, I just dunno what to say. Cuz she might get mad. I don't want anything bad to happen to her. The past couple days shes been telling me that shes been haveing bad stomach pains and she feels sick ALL THE TIME. I wanna help her, I don't wanna make her mad and say the wrong thing though. Should I just forget about it, and let her live her life the way she wants it? What would you do? Please I need help.. =(

I think you should do some research about bulimia, print it up and find pictures and stuff of girls with this disorder, print them up and show her what this is doing to her. Maybe write her a letter telling her how you feel about it. Make it a sweet letter and let her know what she is doing isnt right, try asking her if you can take her to a doctor or someone to help her. I recently went to doctor for my back I have been having shooting pains and such. I am almost positive I have the disease. They have to test me for Bone disease, Muscle Disease, Cancer, and Brain Tumors. Anyways, does anyway know how to dull pain without Ibuprofen? I have growen immune to it. Please Please Please! Fibro is extremely painfull!!!

ok..my thighs aren't fat but they aren't as slim or as muscular as i want them to be. to play soccer 6 days a week and run 2 miles each day and do squats, but nothing seems to be helping as much as i want it to. does anyone have any side excercises or something i could do extra to help with this?
Do wall sits... Put your back up aginst the wall and slide down to about a 90 degree angle. and put your arms above your head... do that for about umm 3 mins or as long as possible... then your legs will be hurting... but the muscle builds up!. Good luck

HeY i need a little advice. Kinda long but please read, I'll rate ya good!
