ok..my thighs aren't fat but they aren't as slim or as muscular as i want them to be. to play soccer 6 days a week and run 2 miles each day and do squats, but nothing seems to be helping as much as i want it to. does anyone have any side excercises or something i could do extra to help with this?

maybe you should go to a gym and work out and do like leg stretches and work on that but you never kno it might be muscle and you cant really tone that down!! ]
what your doing sounds good just make sure ur eating healthy with all that exercizing ]
Sex, sex really works the upper thighs, also shapes the ass region... ]
workin out makes muscles nd then ur thighs wont look skinnier..stop for a a week or more see wut happens ]
okay...one thing that really helps is doing lunges. also you can lay on one side and lift each leg like 20 times. i call them scissors. they help a lot too ]
Do wall sits... Put your back up aginst the wall and slide down to about a 90 degree angle. and put your arms above your head... do that for about umm 3 mins or as long as possible... then your legs will be hurting... but the muscle builds up!. Good luck

Well when I was weight lifting every day, my muschles bulked up soooo quickly. So If you want them more toned, do weight work. If you don't want them huge, just toned, make sure you don't do too much weight. Good luck! ]
put a pillow between ur thighs and squeeze .. keep doin that every day ... =) ]
