ok..my thighs aren't fat but they aren't as slim or as muscular as i want them to be. to play soccer 6 days a week and run 2 miles each day and do squats, but nothing seems to be helping as much as i want it to. does anyone have any side excercises or something i could do extra to help with this?

Put your back up aginst the wall and slide down to about a 90 degree angle. and put your arms above your head... do that for about umm 3 mins or as long as possible... then your legs will be hurting... but the muscle builds up!. s0cceris4me answered Wednesday August 11 2004, 10:23 pm: Well when I was weight lifting every day, my muschles bulked up soooo quickly. So If you want them more toned, do weight work.
