I have this friend and I have been friends with her for like 5 years, and recently I met this guy and I like him a lot, and I told her that. And this guy told me that he liked me too. Well now she is going out with him. He still calls me and say that he loves me and wishes he was with me. I don't know if I should talk to the girl or if I should stay a way from her since she stabbed me in the back. What should I do? (link)

Alright heres the situation.. I have this friend, his name is Chris. Anyways, we are like best friends, i guess you could say. We talk alot hang out pretty often. He has a girl friend and i am single. Do you think he likes me if he does the following.. always smiles when he looks at me, always ask who i like, is really nice to me, and hugs me all the time.. i am really confused i dont know if he likes me or is it just a friend thing? It seems like the only thing boys like me for is my looks. I mean there's this one really nice guy that likes me for my personality, but most guys don't even TRY to get to know me, they just like my looks. -.-; Anyone else have this problem? o.O;

ok..my thighs aren't fat but they aren't as slim or as muscular as i want them to be. to play soccer 6 days a week and run 2 miles each day and do squats, but nothing seems to be helping as much as i want it to. does anyone have any side excercises or something i could do extra to help with this?
