ok..my thighs aren't fat but they aren't as slim or as muscular as i want them to be. to play soccer 6 days a week and run 2 miles each day and do squats, but nothing seems to be helping as much as i want it to. does anyone have any side excercises or something i could do extra to help with this?
put a pillow between ur thighs and squeeze .. keep doin that every day ... =)
im like really in love for the first time... and we are going out and everything.. but ive had so many short term relationships taht all my friends are like " your not in love... you'll be done with him in a couple months" but thats so not true at all cuz im heals over head for this guy..... and to add on to all of it.... i dont know if he feels it as much as i do.. and im kinda scared because i have been hurt so many times.. i dont want him to be another one of those guys taht was really great but then puts yet another bruise in my heart... i dont know how to explain to my friends or him how much i really love him... i know he loves me back cuz i can see it in the way he looks at me.. i just dont wanna lose him... ever.... please help me!! haha thanks!
well if u think u really are THAT in love then go for it ... but be sure that he loves you back .. maybe you guys should talk about this .. i know i have this boyfriend who i have been going owt wit for like a year [im 14] and im COMPLETELY in love with hem .. like i cld NEVER let hem go . .it would completely crush me to EVER see hem wit ne one else .. but yet i still look at other guys and like other guys ... and it causes MAJOR problems since i have a REALLY jealous bf. but i know he loves me otherwise he wouldnt waste so much of his time on me? who ever heard of a guy who was playin u the whole time that stayed with u for a year you know? so just give it time .. like they say .... time will tell .. well ... and its in his kiss ;)
