How do you make a link of your advice column and put it on an instant message to a friend?

well go to your page and copy the address up top and paste it in your messanger

see the heart at tha top of tha page click on it and go and click on Insert in instant message. :-D

you highlight & copy the URL web address (the www. part) in the top of your screen - for instance, mine would be [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) - and paste it into your friend's IM window
]
Click on your advice column then at the stop where you can type like the www. shit copy that and paste it to her box and send it.
