Never! You should always use a condom AND birth control. Birth control pills will only keep you from getting pregnant, but condoms also prevent the spread of diseases. If you don't use the condom, you could end up seriously ill, and maybe even dead.

I just saw the movie "Edward Scissorhands" with Johnny Depp and it was wonderful. For those who have seen it, I didn't get the end...when Kim as an old woman says "I don't know whether he's alive or not" and then they show Edward making an ice statue of her dancing in the snow, was she having a flashback, or was the film showing Edward at that moment she was talking?

I've been looking for a chihuahua for about a month now. I've finally found a breeder and picked out my puppy. I picked out a girl and she's white with light brown specks here and there. i love learning languages and am thinking of taking up russian in college. i am also planning on becoming fluent in french (ive been taking it since 7th grade) by studying abroad junior year. i really want to be trilingual so if anyone has any experience with russian and if anyone knows how difficult it is please let me know! or if you have any other suggestions for languages! (not spanish...too similar to french)

I don't know anything about Russian, but you should learn American Sign Language! A lot of people think it's just English with your hands, but it isn't. It's a really fun, interesting language, and you'll learn a lot about Deaf people, too. =)

Of course you can be on birth control and use a condom! In fact, it's reccommended. Birth control pills can only protect you from pregnancy, while condoms also protect you from STDs. And you can NEVER be too safe.

I don't see how he could have been anywhere near your clitoris without being inside of you (see the-clitoris.com)...but yes to both questions. Don't worry about it unless you start showing symptoms--do not stress too much, as that can cause a missed period, which is one of the symptoms. If you do show symptoms, then go to a doctor.

"Slut" is a huge insult. I don't think you're slutty, but I do think that you need to be more careful. Don't let guys take advantage of you like this. It's true--he probably was using you. But that doesn't make you a slut! You did what you did--don't have any regrets, because it's in the past now. But if it makes you feel so bad afterward, my advice is to not do it again. how does a doctor check for a hormone imbalance.
i've been reading in magazines that excess hair and an irregular mentruation cycle after 6 months of having your period are signs of a hormone imbalance that can be treated. i am thinking that maybe i have this, but how does a doctor check for this? and how is it treated?

That sounds like PCOS--Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. How the doctor treats it depends on who your doctor is, and what type of doctor they are. My endocrinologist told me that a regular doctor would probably give you birth control for it, but this doesn't really help--it just covers up the symptoms. I suggest going to an endocrinologist. Mine gave me something called Metformin, which is a glucose intolerance medication.

The symptoms that I showed were: stretch marks, excess facial hair, and irregular periods. I believe they will treat you if you have two of the symptoms, but it might have been three--my memory is a little fuzzy.

More symptoms would be: obesity, higher levels of testosterone (you would have to have your blood checked, the doctor will probably reccommend this), actual cysts on the ovaries, and...there are more, I just forget them.

I really want to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies but I can't find a recipe anywhere on the internet for them which doesn't measure in cups. I'm from the UK and we don't measure in cups over here so I don't know how much that is!!

Does anybody know anything about gluten free cooking and/or how to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies?
