can someone tell me who's right!?
So my friend is considered a so called "slut" just because she had sex with her boyfriend, i dont care if she did or not. But everyone is telling me she's not innocent. Am i just not looking correctly?? By the way im only 13 n a half and so is my friend.

Shes not really a slut, but on the path.. you are 13 years old and probably don't even know much about anything. (no offense, but you really don't.) You're very young, and that isn't something you should do when your 13. When I was 13 I thought kissing boys was a huge deal. Sex is when you and someone else love eachother so much, you want to become one person, and make another person. At thirteen, you probably don't really know what love is. Is she planning on doing this again? Has she ever gotten her period before? Is she being safe? How old is the boy she did it with? These are questions you need to think about. Urge your friend to be safe and learn about teen pregnancy, stds, and things like that.

Yeah, she might not be a "slut" but she is easy to get with. I mean, being 13 and having sex is kind of innappropriate because of the age gap. I wouldn't say she's a slut because its not like she's had sex with multiple guys already. She's your best friend and don't let other people say things to you like that.

Yeah, "slut" isn't the correct term. She could be labeled "easy" (as in, easy to get in bed) because she's so young, but sleeping with the person you're dating, no matter how old you are, isn't slutty. As long as she's not sleeping with many people, "slut" definitely doesn't fit.

That's the dictionary.com definition of "slut." Your friend does not fit this description. You should memorize one of these entries to throw back at the people who tell you your friend is a slut. They can't logically argue with the dictionary, can they? =D

The person before me is correct with the deffinition of a slut. However, you shouldn't have these conversations with these kids about it. Excuse yourself from the conversation when this topic comes up. For example, someone talks about your friend being a slut just say It's none of my business or I don't really want to talk about that now.
Something along that line.

A slut is someone who sleeps with multiple people carelessly. Having sex with one person does not make you a slut, no matter what age you are. It might not have been a good idea for her to have sex at your age, but she is not a slut for it.
So technically, you are right and whoever is calling her a slut is just being stupid.
