Anything over 100 is considered a fever.

Your normal body temperature should be 98.6 degrees. Anything under 100, you're fine. If it gets to like 103, you're still pretty sick.

normal body temp is 98.6 degrees. normally, whenever i'm sick, i feel like absolute crap if my fever is over 99 degrees. so generally anything under 99 degrees should say that you're not sick anymore.

TheWallflower answered Thursday July 12 2007, 3:18 pm:
The average is like what everyone else said, 98.6.

However, people differ from one another. Some people are in the 97 or even 96 range and others are bit higher.

If you were recently sick, I'd suggest you rest for a few days. However, if you feel perfectly fine and you have plenty of energy, unless if your body temperature is over 100.5, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

If your body tempeture is 98.6 or about that you're ok =)
If you're about 3 degrees over or under, then you're definitely still sick =/
Hope you feel better =)

You should be 98.6 or around that
If your very much over or very much under...than thats baddd
Like over 99 means fever, and over 103 is bad for you, which means you need to cool yourself down

98.6 is normal...but a little over and a little under is no big deal...but if your over 100 then your still sick.

98.6 is normal body temperature, but if you're around there by a degree or two, you should be fine. If your temperature is above 100, then you have a fever.

98.6 degrees is what you should be. A few degrees below that, like about 96 or whatever & you're still fine, but if you're a few degrees above that like 100+ and you're definitely sick.

ammo answered Thursday July 12 2007, 11:33 am:
The normal core body temperature of a healthy, resting adult human being is said to be around 37 degrees celsius (98.6 degrees fahrenheit) however it must be pointed out that this can vary depending on a number of things such as where the temperature is taken from and what time of day it is taken (in the mornings when the body is at rest it may vary to the temperature at night due to muscular activity and after food intake).

Best bet is if you feel you are ill is to get further advice from your family doctor just to be on the safe side. Bare in mind that you also don't have to feel really hot (or have a temperature) to be coming down with anything so if in any kind of doubt by all means speak to a professional, like your doctor.
