Question Posted Thursday April 5 2007, 4:21 pm

Is it true that wearing a wired bra to bed stops your boobs from growing as much, and wearing a sports bra makes them have room to grow?

Boobs will always grow until they're at the size that your genetics decided before you were born.
Therefore wearing a bra in bed cant and wont change this.
I wear mine every night!!

Hope I helped!
(:

Nope, that's just a myth. Wear whatever kind of bra you like, it's personal preference.

This is an old beauty myth, that I am happy to declare is not true. So no worries, this will not make your boobs stop growing -- nor will anything else. :)

By the way, it's actually good to sleep in your bra, because it prevents sagging.

Nothing can stop your boobs from growing. If you want to sleep with a wired bra, then feel free. Except, it might be a little uncomfortable, if you ask me ;) But that statement isn't true!

No, it's completley NOT true.

I've been wearing regular bra's (not sport bras) to sleep since I was 12 and I have C/D's. All that happens when you wear a bra to sleep is it helps shape them so they don't get so saggy haha.

No it is not.
I've worn a wire bra to bed ever since I started wearing wire bras and my boobs have grown into a C cup just fine.

Yeah. That's how my boobs grew. I never wore an underwire bra to bed, and my boobs grow. Now that my boobs are finally good enough, I wear an underwire to bed now so they don't grow anymore.
