Leg Pain

ON my upper right thing I get this pinched pain that really kills its so painful and when i touch my leg with my hand i cant even feel it what do you think is wrong?

From my personal experience, it sounds like you've probably sprained a muscle in your leg. If the pain dosen't go away in a few days, see a doctor, but as far as i know, it should all be fine.
