Soak blood stained clothing (panties) in COLD water overnight.

Use an Oxy paste or spray on the area, and wash in COLD water.

DO NOT dry in dryer. Hang on platic hanger in bathroom to dry naturally. That way if any blood remains the dryer won't set it in permanenetly.

Do this COLD water soaking immediately though.

ok, firstly, i hate it when people say to use chemicals to get blood out. COLD WATER is best. If its summer, have a cold shower and take your nickers in there with you. Don't waste your time using chemicals. Its silly.

heh, welcome to my life.
right after you stained your undies, soak them in cold water, rub soap all around them, and then take two different sides of the underwear, and rub them together. make sure it`s where the stain is. You may need to scrub pretty hard, especially if the blood has already dried. If cold water & soap don't do the job, try using straight ammonia, which contains enzymes that break down blood. If your garment is white, you might try a little bleach as a last resort if the above 2 methods fail.

hope i helped

Oh, I hate it when that happens!!! What I would do when I was caught in that mess is pour hydrogen pyroxide on the spot...(you know...the kind that fizzes??) and let that sit for a while, then scrub the S*&)T out of it! lol, this should take cae most of the problem..but if some nasty stain does stick around, then use bleach on it. Its always worked for me! I hope that this helps ya! Let me know if I did, and how things go!!

as soon as you see blood on them soak them in cold water for about a half hour or longer with some kind of stain remover
then wash them regular with cold water and dry them in the dryer

ok i read the answers of other people and they arent that effective...
what works best (for me) (and cheapest) is using COLD water and rinsing the blood stains for about a minute. the water should be orangeish. then you get a soap bar and you wash it with the soap. it wont come out complettely, but if you do it within like 5 hours (lets hope your not wearing bloody underwear for too long!) most should come out. set it out to dry, and then just put it in the laundyru

i hate it when that happens:[
what you should try is 'spray n wash' or somekind of knock-off brand. go to the laundry detergent section in wal-mart or anywhere, and they'll have stain removing sprays that you put on and scrub your stained laundry with before putting them in the washer. this stuff usually works pretty good.

Princess124 answered Sunday March 18 2007, 12:30 pm:
yes try color bleach for the colors but most likely what you should do so it won't happen again is by the overnight pads so it'll work overnight and you don't have to worry much about it leaking and buy like 4-5 pairs of black underwear so you don't have to worry about seeing stains all you have to do is wash them and re-use them.

Bleach them
with color bleach.
Have about 5 pair of underwear that are JUST for that time of the month.
So that you arn't ruining the cute ones.
