Question Posted Thursday October 26 2006, 7:10 am

reduced fat peanut butter is a huge part of my diet.
I eat it every morning on whole wheat bread with a bannana.
Is that an okay breakfast?

No it isn't really a good breakfast, however if you add some eggs in than it can be considered a decent breakfast. Add milk for extra points and you're set. Can't eat like a bird..you need to feed your body.

This is a really healthy breakfast. It covers three food groups (protein, grain, and fruit) and it will keep you going til lunch. =]

Very good. Peanut butter has a lot of protein, which fills you up for awhile.

that is a great breakfast! the nice thing is you can eat whatever you want (fattening wise) because it gives you tons of energy and you burn it all off. If you want to eat even better add some milk and maybe some dry cereal with that

Yup, that's one of the best breakfasts you can have :]

Since you like peanut butter a lot, might I suggest trying natural peanut butter? It has a slightly different taste to it and it's even better for you than the regular kind.

Sounds good to me, whole wheat bread and bananas are both great for energy slowly released through the day, jsut what your breakfast should be. Peanut butter isn't a problem, nuts are good, just watch the salt levels in it. It's probably even better though if it's reduced fat.
