Heres what I'm doing for mine:
He's real athletic so I'm getting his favorite sports teams hat (GA Bulldogs) and filling it with his favorite DVD, favorite candy, a gift card to his favorite story, and a framed picture of me and him.

You could also subsitute the things for cologn or other such things if you want.

Good Luck! <3

Get him a gift certificate to his fav store, or get him a framed pic of you and him. It'll be the perf gift

You know you heart me

I'd give him two gifts wrapped in one.. Sort of combining the last two answers. GEt your guy something like a video game (cheaper, lol) or maybe even something to add to a car he might be getting, since he's almost old enough to be driving. Also, love notes are good, and maybe put together a collage of pictures of you two together.

Good luck.

btw, it's ciao. =)

Alright, I got to be honest with you.
Well, while we all love those emotional stuff, like those mentioned, diaries and all. Yeah, you can do that.

But boys will be boys.
We love "toys" a lot.

And if you have some cash to spare, you can get him and all one Christmas and a Birthday present.

I'm talking about a PS3 or an Xbox 360 or a PSP.

He will just go crazy! I mean crazy!
In fact, expect a few tears to go along with it.

Maybe it may not really be "meaningful", if you're into fairy tales and stuff, but the gestures definitely shows that you know what men wants.

There you got it. The woman of his dreams.

This is SilkStuy.

depends how long you've been together for. As its a few motnhs till his birthday, you could make him something really special and personal. With my boyfriend, I started a diary a few months before his birthday, and every single night for 3 months I wrote him a letter in this diary, telling him what we'd done that day, and how I felt about him and stuff... so when I gave it to him, he had the last 3 months of our relationship recorded in detail that he wouldn't hae remembered otherwise.

Or if you're relaly good at something use that. write him a song if you can write, if you're good at art, make him an amazing picture. personal is best. Good luck!
