1) Try only to eat when you are hungry, and stop when you are full. If you eat a bunch of little snacks just because, then your stomach will bulge a little, and that's uncomfortable and annoying.
2) Also, crunches really help. Try to mix up different styles of crunches, and do maybe 2 or 3 sets of 100 a night. Still, if you aren't used to crunches, don't start out doing this much. Start out with maybe 1 set of 100 (or even less) and work your way up. Stop if you get too tired.

3) Last of all, running/jogging helps all of your body, and it will help tone your stomach muscles. Good luck!

20 situps, 20 crunches. thats what you should do ont he frist day
and each day after that, add 3 crunches, until you get up to about 50 and then just do that (you can keep going, but that will be hard)

start doing sit-ups or crunches.
try to do as many as you can & then every night, increase your amount.
crunches are my favorite & they are really easy to do

Doing sit ups daily will solve that problem. Start with a few and work yourself up. You'll have a flatter stomach sooner than you think.
