i got a good body all i really want is a flatter stomach, its not that big its just got a little fat that bugs me , i wanna be able to wear short tops n not be insecure about it please tell me how 2 make my stomach look hot
snickerzz11 answered Friday October 27 2006, 11:30 pm: 1) Try only to eat when you are hungry, and stop when you are full. If you eat a bunch of little snacks just because, then your stomach will bulge a little, and that's uncomfortable and annoying.
2) Also, crunches really help. Try to mix up different styles of crunches, and do maybe 2 or 3 sets of 100 a night. Still, if you aren't used to crunches, don't start out doing this much. Start out with maybe 1 set of 100 (or even less) and work your way up. Stop if you get too tired.
orphans answered Thursday October 26 2006, 9:10 pm: 20 situps, 20 crunches. thats what you should do ont he frist day
and each day after that, add 3 crunches, until you get up to about 50 and then just do that (you can keep going, but that will be hard) [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

karisue answered Thursday October 26 2006, 11:15 am: start doing sit-ups or crunches.
try to do as many as you can & then every night, increase your amount.
crunches are my favorite & they are really easy to do [ karisue's advice column | Ask karisue A Question ]
LadyJade answered Thursday October 26 2006, 9:47 am: Doing sit ups daily will solve that problem. Start with a few and work yourself up. You'll have a flatter stomach sooner than you think. [ LadyJade's advice column | Ask LadyJade A Question ]
